Hi Ryan Having the same issue. Even after the cacheControlMaxAge was set up to a number different than 0, the web service seems to be sending the request to the server, and not getting the cache from the web browser cache. Did you find any answer to this problem?.

Hi In our company we got some new user types after 1st July (Creator, Professional and Professional Plus). We bought those licenses to be administered through Portal. We know that the new user types only will be available in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 (We are in 11.2, and planning to align with the long term release soon: 11.3, 11.5, etc). However, existing Creators licenses we had, previous the new user types came into effect, they got assigned an ArcGIS PRO Basic license trough my Esri that we could apply to Portal (getting the license file from My Esri an updating the licenses in Portal). We also got the licenses for ArcGIS PRO Standard and ArcGIS PRO Advanced with the Professional and Professional Plus acquired User Types through My Esri and we applied them to Portal. The issue comes with the ArcGIS PRO Extensions that Professional Plus is entitled to. We don't have ArcGIS PRO Extension licenses to apply in My Esri, and now we are told that those Extensions will only be available with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 when the new user types will be released in ArcGIS Enterprise. My questions is why we cannot get the Extension Licenses through my Esri in the same way we got the ArcGIS PRO Basic licenses for Creators we already had?. We bought Professional Plus new user types in ArcGIS Enterprise (and we bought them because of the Extensions), but we cannot apply them, and the version to apply them is not even in the market???. This shouldn't be happening, if the Extensions are not available through any interim mechanism, I guess Esri shouldn't be selling Professional Plus for ArcGIS Enterprise.

In the link below, Esri gives some clues of what might happen. I guess we will need to wait a couple of weeks more to understand some of the changes. https://www.esri.com/en-us/c/product/introducing-new-user-types One thing that perhaps I am keen to see is if the ArcGIS PRO Basic licenses for ArcGIS Enterprise users come after the ArcGIS Online June update (to happen around 27 June), acording to the following statement in that link: Planning for the updates Updated user types for ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise will be available to purchase in June 2024. The updated user types will be available in ArcGIS Online with the June 2024 update and in ArcGIS Enterprise upon upgrading to version 11.4 (expected November 2024) and later versions. Since ArcGIS Pro can be administered through ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online, the update will be reflected in the respective release. Effective with the ArcGIS Online June update, Esri will deliver ArcGIS Pro Basic to all ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 to 11.3 customers who purchased Creator user types or received Creator entitlements included as part of the ArcGIS Enterprise purchase for the duration of their maintenance or subscription term. Additionally, ArcGIS Excalibur and ArcGIS Mission Manager licenses will be available to assign to the Creator user type. ArcGIS GeoBIM will be available for the Contributor user type. Log in to My Esri to explore what’s new and to administer licenses. Another thing that I would like to know is what will happen with Extensions. I know the Professional Plus will include what it was previously included within the Extensions Bundle, but will you be allowed to buy specific extensions to assign to Creator or Professional user types or assign the ones we already have to these two user types? or would you need a Professional Plus user type to assign those Extensions?.

After weeks of engagement with Esri support, the answer is that the issue started in version 11.1. Status of the bug is "In Review", and while "in review" it might affec newer versions, like 11.2 BUG-000163200 - Hosted Tile Layers overview page in portal at 11.1 hanging after in place upgrade.

I usually stored the templates only (.pagx) in a registered Data Store (so the ArcGIS Server service account has access to them). Same thing with the logos (they are not embedded in the templates, they are just referenced to a folder that the ArcGIS Server service account also has access to).

There's usually a compatibility table from Esri where it tells you which version of ArcGIS Enterprise is compatible with ArcGIS PRO, this is important for geoprocessing tools (Like the printing tool). I discovered this not long ago. Geoprocessing service compatibility There is good article from Esri Australia about this: Compatibility between arcgis desktop applications and arcgis enterprise In previous versions of Enterprise (10.8.1) I had issues with secure web services when I was using custom templates from ArcGIS PRO. The way I solved the issue was creating an account for the ArcGIS Server service in Portal and adding that account to the groups I needed the tool to print web services (the problem was always that the ArcGIS Server service account, which is in charge of the printing geoprocessing tool, didn't have access to the web services, as those were secure under a group, so that account couldn't access the resource to render and print the layer in the map). Once that account had access, the maps were printing ok (I don't seem to have that issue in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2).

Nothing evident in the logs, as hosted I can't restart the web service. Also when looking in the Dev Tools, I can't see any request with not response, or anything different to one of the items that show the item details page normally. I upgraded from 10.9.1 to 11.2. I think I will rise a case with Esri to see if there is something known about it. Thanks. Andres

Thanks @CodyPatterson I reindex the portal, but didn't do anything with those items (still unable to access the item details page). The hosted information is visible in server, I can see all the configuration in Server Manager (in the same way of working items). It doesn't seem to be a problem with certificates or reverse proxy either and nothing weird with links (they look the same as other items where I can see the item details page).

After upgrading to 11.2 we notice some Tile Layers (Hosted) item detail pages do not load in Portal. In the Content tab you can still select the layer and from there share it with a group, and within a Map bring the layer in (search for the layer in Portal and bring it in) and then display it in the web-map. But trying to check the summary, description, credits is not possible as the page does not load. This does not happen with all hosted Tile Layers only with a few of them (there is not consistency with the behaviour, some are shared with group, some are not).
