This has been logged as BUG-000185915. We have a fix for this that should be available tomorrow or Thursday. Unfortunately, due to other issues, we are unable to restore the prior behavior at this release. Instead, the fix is to defer the evaluation of the expression until the field loses focus, (e.g. you tab to a different field or click away from the field). We understand this is not an ideal solution. We will continue to work on this, with the goal of restoring the prior behavior in our next release in Q4, 2026

@NathanGabbard we've tracked down the issue you were seeing. There's a bug in Map Viewer, where Drag and Drop for Attachments in the form is not working. Using the file browser, i.e. clicking Add File, should work for you and I believe it does. We're evaluating if we can address the Drag and Drop issue for Attachments in Map Viewer for this release.

You do have control over what's used for the title for each related record; it's the form title for that related table. You do this in Map Viewer, by selecting the related table in the Tables list (on the left hand toolbar) then on the Right hand toolbar, clicking Configure Editing > Forms. Create a form and set the title - you can use field replacements with it as well. If you're using Enterprise, what release are you on?
