Map Viewer and Uploading Documents

Good morning,

Just wanted to see if anyone else is running into issues with uploading PDF's or any document at all to their layers in Map Viewer. I've tried pdf, jpg, xls, and a few others and I always get This file type is not supported. All of them are well under the 10 mb limit.

I have numerous documents uploaded on the layer already, so it has worked in the past.

So dragging and dropping I get the file type error however when I select it through windows file explorer, I do get to show up here:

However, it still doesn't upload when I go to the pop-up. Maybe I'm just having a brain fog Monday but yeah, can't seem to get it to show up.

@NathanGabbard I'll need steps to reproduce this with the map you sent me, please see the DM I sent.

The solution that ended up working for me is deleting the map and restoring it. Not sure why that worked but it did.

@NathanGabbard we've tracked down the issue you were seeing. There's a bug in Map Viewer, where Drag and Drop for Attachments in the form is not working. Using the file browser, i.e. clicking Add File, should work for you and I believe it does.

We're evaluating if we can address the Drag and Drop issue for Attachments in Map Viewer for this release.

Yeah that was one other issue we noticed as well. The drag and drop used to work but no longer does. Glad you guys are looking into it!
