@DerekMStrout -- You can use the keyboard arrows to advance slides in a briefing when it is included as part of a collection. You just need to make sure focus is placed on the briefing by clicking anywhere on the briefing first. We are looking to add the header back so the arrow buttons are also visible. We can try to take a look at adding some of these... Adding the "This story" tab should be pretty straightforward. It might be a bit more work to allow multiple linked images, but there are some ideas we have that could support this. Would it be ok to add these by inputting a comma-separated list of the different image links? Creating a gallery by starting with some uploaded image files, some images linked from the web, and some from the current story at the same time isn't something we are planning to support. Thanks for posting this idea @AmyJewitt. Could you please share a little more about what you'd like to do with a video gallery? We haven't added this year because we have some concerns about the performance a video gallery. Loading up to 12 videos at the same time might create challenging situations. Could you answer a few questions and maybe provide some examples of use cases you're thinking about so we can better understand your needs? How many videos would you like to have in a gallery? Would you like to mix and match images and videos or would each gallery contain the same type of media? Would you want them all to be playing at the same time, or would having a single image playing at once meet your needs? Are the videos you'd like to add to a gallery files you'd upload or are they already hosted in another service like YouTube or Vimeo? ... View more

@SierraH1 - In a recent release, the transition animations were adjusted to give a better sense of geographic context when navigating between tour places.  Although we haven't provided a way to adjust the speed of the transition, as you requested, I think the recent changes may address your feedback. Please check it out and let me know if you like this improvement and whether it addresses your request. If it doesn't I can adjust the status of this idea. ... If the story was accidentally deleted, it may be in her recycle bin (if it is enabled in her organization). If that is not the case, the next step would be to contact Esri Technical Support, but if the item is gone there is unfortunately not much that can be done. ... View more

We did fix a bug last year that was causing a similar problem, but I can't say what might be preventing your colleague's story from loading. Hi @DerekMStrout - Yep! You can just add #view=mobile to the dashboard link when you add it to the story to force the mobile view to show. See this help topic. URL parameters—ArcGIS Dashboards | Documentation As the topic mentions, the mobile dashboard view will only automatically show when the window/frame the dashboard is in is 600px wide or narrower, but you can use the URL parameter to force it to show. ...
