Student Project Disappeared

I have a student working on a project on Google Chrome. While she was developing the Story Map on browser, her work disappeared and any former links to her project are dead. How can I recover this?

If the story was accidentally deleted, it may be in her recycle bin (if it is enabled in her organization).

If that is not the case, the next step would be to contact Esri Technical Support, but if the item is gone there is unfortunately not much that can be done.

As Owen has said, if the item has been deleted then there isn't much that can be done in terms of recovery. If the Recycle Bin hasn't been enabled, it would be worth enabling going forward to avoid this in the future. Additionally, you can enable delete protection on items to avoid this occurring again.
