I appreciate others jumping in to help, but unfortunately some incorrect information has been posted above. Publishing StoryMaps and sharing them with everyone is supported by all types of ArcGIS accounts, including public accounts. In some cases, a subscription account may not have this permission if an organization's administrator has placed limits on who can share items. @RussGreen could you clarify what you mean by an "individual account?" Do you have an ArcGIS Personal Use account ($100/yr) or a free ArcGIS public account? Either way, you should be able to publish and share with everyone. Are you able to share the StoryMap item with everyone from your ArcGIS Content page? If so can you do that and share a link to the story here so we can take a look and try to troubleshoot?

@RobertVassallo - Thanks for providing feedback about the map tour. You are correct that the map in a map tour is not expandable on a mobile device. This is meant to simplify the experience for readers and balance the limited space on a phone between the map and the media and description for each place. A few suggestion are 1) if you can do without the navigation bar turning that off will provide more room for the map on small screens, and 2) you could use a sidecar to build a tour-like experience, which does allow the map to be expanded on small screens. For this option you'd have to build the web map of tour places your self. You can read more about that here Exploring six options for presenting tours in ArcGIS StoryMaps.

@CollinWarren - Welcome to the world of StoryMaps! You sure can create the experience you are looking for. It's a complementary capability to map/media actions that we call "map choreography," and you can read all about it here... Choreograph your maps with ArcGIS StoryMaps There are a bunch of stories that use this technique you can browse for inspiration in our gallery... StoryMaps Gallery-Map choreography

@AmyNewsam - I'm not seeing an issues with this feature on my end. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing or a link to your story (if it's shared publicly) so we can investigate? Edit map view will only appear if you have a web map or express map already added in the media panel. If it's any other type of content (like an App, image, etc.) you will only see the other options under Show a different piece of content. Let us know if this info helps.

@ShaneBradt -- The "card" info you set when publishing (title and summary) are important, but search engines do also analyze the content on the page as well. You can review search engine resources like these to understand how to improve discoverability of your StoryMaps. In-Depth Guide to How Google Search Works | Google Search Central Creating Helpful, Reliable, People-First Content | Google Search Central I can also say that content created using ArcGIS StoryMaps consistently gets excellent SEO ratings. This is due to the amount of high quality content created on the platform and lots of under-the-hood technical work (optimizations for performance, accessibility, SEO, mobile rendering, etc.).

@GOffenberg - I'm sorry you are seeing some unexpected extra spaces in your story's navigation bar. Thanks for sharing links to your story and collection so we could investigate. It looks like there are a some empty headings in several of your sidecar slides that are being used as navigation links. In this slide, for example... In the builder you can hover over that area, click into the empty heading, and convert it to a paragraph (pressing delete a few times should do it, depending on whether there are spaces present or not). Alternatively, you can go into the navigation bar options (hover over the navbar and click the gear button) and uncheck all the empty headings to hide them.

@K_Jueckstock - I'm sorry to hear about this situation. While working on the original story did you ever publish? If so, you may be able to use the Discard unpublished changes option (in the ... menu) to revert your draft to that published version, which might at least have some of the lost content.
