I would recommend reaching out to the content provider's support channels to see if they can help resolve the issue.  -- Someone on the client side will need to be involved since you can't create items in their organization without account access. One idea would be for you to set up the script for them and have someone on their side (like an admin) run it. You can also use a tool like ArcGIS Assistant to copy content between organizations, but again someone with an account in their organization needs to be involved to create the items on their side. ... @KimberlyK -- The maximum size for uploaded videos is 50MB. If you try to upload the video you described you should see a message like this in the top right corner of the screen. I should also mention that since the cover is the first thing that your readers see, it is highly recommend that you use a much smaller video file on the cover (ideally <1MB) so that it loads fast and isn't too long. Here are some tips to reduce the file size (some of these you have already done): Resize to 1920px wide (max) Reduce kilobytes per second; Keep range between 4,000-10,000 kbits/sec Convert to MPEG-4 (H.264) Reduce frame rate to 30fps (max) Trim unnecessary parts of the video And here are some great examples of cover videos.
