Hi @SYOCSan I'm glad to hear that attending the User Conference has inspired you to try new things! In terms of what you have included in any given user type, here is an example of a matrix https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/user-types/explore/creator#included-apps I realize that it doesn't break down every single capability, but should give a good idea of what you have access to. Because you submitted this idea in the ArcGIS Pro idea exchange, here are some existing resources that might help you understand the capabilities you have based on your license level: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/license-levels.htm And for your comments about understanding your system specs, that is offered here: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/arcgis-pro-system-requirements.htm I hope these help.

@FranzLeonardo You could add a graphics layer to create temporary points, lines, polygons... This doesn't create features in a database, and when you're done, if you need to, just remove the graphics layer.

Thanks @DeonzaMohamed in File Explorer, you say that you are renaming a map. So is that a .mapx file that you're renaming? Or are you renaming an ArcGIS Pro project (for example, .aprx file)? We'll need additional information to understand the steps you're taking and how that is leading to broken layers. If you are renaming data sources in file explorer, yes, that will break the layers in your maps because ArcGIS Pro is storing paths. If you change the path outside of ArcGIS Pro, you'll need to then repair the paths using update data sources. Thank you

Hi @RTPL_AU I was able to dig into this more with the dev team yesterday. We see the inconsistency as discussed throughout this thread. This should be resolved in ArcGIS Pro 3.4, but the fix is too risky for a patch. So until 3.4, you may need to use arrow keys to ensure focus on the correct group before using F2. Thanks for sticking with me as we narrowed this down.

@RTPL_AU Now I am seeing something where if the Map is in focus, F2 will trigger rename on the map. If the group layer is in focus, F2 triggers rename on the group layer. Example of the map being in focus: What I've seen in 3.3.1 is that if the map is in focus, creating a new group layer, despite the group layer being selected, F2 triggers rename on the map. This still sounds a bit different than what you're seeing since you say that nothing happens for you in certain scenarios. I interpret that to mean that F2 doesn't even trigger rename on the map. When F2 does nothing for you, where is the focus? Is the Contents pane in focus? When you use your arrows, where do you see the thin dotted outline indicating focus?
