>>If you look at the history on that page, you can see that we have released a new version of Pro (aside from patches) roughly one to two times a year. Correct - ArcGIS Pro releases roughly two times per year, so users can get a general sense of release cadence by reviewing the product life cycle (PLC). That is just for Pro. Other products of course have different release cadences and their PLCs can be reviewed to understand their cycles.

For anybody following this thread, or for those who may run across it in the future, ArcGIS Pro 3.3 (scheduled for May) requires .NET 8. See https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-pro/announcements/arcgis-pro-3-3-moves-to-net-8/ During installation of ArcGIS Pro 3.3, if we detect that .NET 8 is not present on the machine we will provide a message - in that message we are including a hyperlink to the .NET 8 download page as a response to this feedback. We hope that helps in situations like this one.

From the Contents pane, right-click on the layer and choose Data Design > Fields view. You can also click Data Design and hit F (the underlined key in the menu) to open Fields view.

@celtics08 we're adding an option for you to control this in ArcGIS Pro 3.3 (scheduled for May). It is in the Table options > Activate the map view after using Flash, Pan, or Zoom from the table. That should give you what you're looking for.

Thanks @Bud You noted that when you find specific discrepancies or gaps you submit those through the feedback button on each help page. That is the best workflow and teams are continually working to improve the help. We can be confident that ArcMap documentation will be up through 2028 and we can re-assess the situation 4+ years from now.

@Bud can you give us an estimate on how long you envision by "long"? At this point, there is no plan to take down ArcGIS Desktop documentation any time soon. Also, I don't think ArcMap will ever die - it will just retire. I know it will live on in our hearts and our minds forever.

@Starc_Industries Based on what you described here "(1) Hold the <CTRL> key and click the visibility tick box of a layer in the Contents pane. This will turn all layer visibility off. Then tick the visibility tick box of the layer you want to display. Issue with this method: after viewing the layer in isolation, the user then needs to "undo" recent visibility toggling actions to restore the visibility of the previously displayed layers. Not efficient." Couldn't you just hold Alt + click on the layer you want to "preview in isolation"? Below I'm just using Alt + click to show the layer in isolation and when I'm done, Ctrl+Z. This feels really efficient to me, but I suppose it depends on what you're trying to accomplish with the layer "preview". Is there a reason you need this is a pop-up window? Can you provide some more context about your workflow so that we can better understand? Thank you

Doing some housekeeping - these install parameters have been available for a number of years now. See https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/arcgis-pro-installation-administration.htm
