The ArcGIS Pro 3.6.2 patch is available to download from My Esri as well as through the software update in ArcGIS Pro (if enabled).

If your organization is not on the latest version of ArcGIS Pro, starting at version 3.4 it is possible to specify an UpdateTargetVersion so that you can keep software updates enabled for a version of ArcGIS Pro that is not the latest. Read more at Update ArcGIS Pro at Your Own Pace.
