Is it possible to have a sharable URL for content stored in Enterprise Portal? For instance, we have a set of PDF files we are housing in our Portal and would like to have a sharable link to them but exposed to our Organization. If you set permissions to a file as "public" there is a sharable link, but I don't want these documents exposed to the outside world. I only want them available to users in our organization.

I have a scenario running in Make where I am attaching a PDF to a feature in a feature Layer. When executing a POST using a HTTP Module I am getting the following error: UNABLE_TO_VERIFY_LEAF_SIGNATURE: unable to verify the first certificate AndrewBowne_0-1680546917527.png I have a valid certificate and get no other certificate errors when the survey is submitted or the report is created. I'm only getting the error when trying to attach to a feature. Any thoughts?

These folks really don't and never will have a true home. That's why I assigned them to a Hotel. They mostly work in the field or out in the facility. I figured assigning them to a hotel would put them in a "bucket" as assigned. Then taking them one step further I could assign that hotel (bucket) to the unit which represents their shop. That'll never change. I guess I could assign all these employees to their shop (unit). I just figured it would be easier to manage as a hotel. Does that make sense?

Thanks, @Jinho_Kang. This somewhat answers my question however maybe I wasn't descriptive enough in what I am trying to accomplish. Also, maybe using Hotels isn't exactly the right workflow... Here is my scenario: We have many individuals who do not have a true office location. For instance, Carpenters, Plumbers, Groundskeepers, etc. What I did was create a hotel for each of these groups and assigned all the respective people to the hotel. Then I assigned that hotel to their shop location (Unit). So, the Carpenter Shop (a Unit) has the Carpenters Hotel assigned to it. Same for Plumbers and Groundskeepers respectively. What I was looking to accomplish is for any user to search for "John Doe" (a plumber) would find him in the plumbers hotel and zoom to the plumbing shop (UNIT). Does that make sense? Or, is my workflow not correct? I have successfully set up searching for people who are assigned to actual office units. That works. I was hoping to extend the functionality further. Thank you!

@GauravJobanputra The Units layer is a registered feature service (from our SQL Enterprise GDB). UNIT_ID is a text/string field. AndrewBowne_0-1679500684406.png

@GauravJobanputra you were correct, I still had the category configured. I deleted the category and updated the display field for the UNITS layer and I still can't search by UNIT_ID. Should this work with Enterprise Portal 11.0? AndrewBowne_0-1679486162539.png Searching by a UNIT_ID AndrewBowne_1-1679486182764.png

@GauravJobanputra - This is (almost) exactly what I'm looking for. If I change the display field I can search by either the NAME or the UNIT_ID. What I see that may be different from your screen shots is that when I search by UNIT_ID, the NAME is returned. Yours's seems to return both the NAME and the UNIT_ID - unless I'm reading your nomenclature incorrectly. AndrewBowne_0-1679424578502.png ^Search by UNIT_ID results in only showing the NAME result(s). Should I be seeing the NAME and the UNIT_ID in the search results? I'm on Portal for Enterprise 11.0

Looks like you have to create an indoor category in order to modify the search attributes. I was hoping to not have to create a new category. It doesn't look like that's the case.

Does this mean that UNITS need to be configured as Indoors Categories? By default, UNITS are searchable - but it only seems that they can be searched by NAME

I might be missing something really simple here.... Using the Indoors Viewer, why can't I search for units by UNIT_ID? It appears that all I can search by is NAME. We have a specific use case where we want users to be able to search by the UNIT_ID.

Thanks! I think I've got it working. The issue I am not facing is that I am trying to run the Windows Task as a different users (a domain account with restricted access). This account is an admin on the machine. When I run I get the dreaded "0x1" as the last run result. Any thoughts?

(Preface: I am not much of a Python programmer) I would like to write a script that will update occupant on a daily interval. One would think this is simple enough using the samples provided in the help documentation. The issue I am running into is licensing. When I try to run the script on the server I get a "Error 000824: Tool is not licensed" error. The server is running ArcGIS Enterprise but does not have ArcGIS Pro installed on it. We do have named user Indoors licenses on our Portal. Is there a way in Python to authenticate to Portal and use a license. I'm not sure if that is even the correct workflow? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Provide basic print functionality (with the option to toggle on/off) for the indoors viewer. We have many users who want to create a basic PDF map to circulate via email. Implementing a basic print widget would meet this requirement.
