Hi @GauravJobanputra Update: I have found other employees who are unassignable with the same workflow. I can confirm that: The two employees do not have duplicate records The employees do NOT have email addresses. Many of our users do not have email addresses. We are using Employee ID as a unique identifier. In Space Planner, if you go to assign any of these users to a unit, The unit highlights but nothing happens. I checked Dev Tools and that's where I saw the error. If I try to assign any of these users to another unit, the first unit stays highlighted and the second unit I tried to assign to highlights also.

We are in the process of auditing our employee locations throughout our organization. One of our guys has come across an issue where there are two specific employees (so far) that are unable to be assigned to an office. Is there a way to configure Space Planner so a Unit Name can be updated/changed? We are in the process of a space audit and many spaces have changed names. I'd like to be able to update the name and name_long of a unit without having to switch to a different app.

Try flying higher if you can, a little slower, and more overlap. You could also try flying on an overcast day. Reflection off of water can cause the issues you are seeing.

Got it, Thanks. I was hoping to be able to open either a PDF or a JPG automatically as long as a user is authenticated. If they aren't, they would then be prompted to log in. Sounds like this is not possible unless the user manually clicks on the link to open the file.

How about when sharing out an image (.jpg)? If I point to the URL format as you suggest, it doesn't open the image. Instead, I just get to the Portal content page.
