I believe that the token times out if there is no activity after two weeks.  What I have done is write a Python script that sends a request to the webhook every day so that it doesn't time out.  So far it seems to be working. ... View more

We export the orthos out of Site Scan to our network file system.  By default they come from site scan as a geotiff.  Our CAD team then attempts to load the orthos in using either ATTACH or MAPIINSERT and it fails with the errors I show above.  They have tried with the orthos on the local machine and they get the same error. ... We still haven't successfully been able to import any of our imagery generated in Site Scan to AutoCAD.  SiteScan exports the ortho imagery out as a GeoTIFF (no world file.  The spatial info is embedded in the TIFF itself).  When we try to import it into any flavor of autoCAD, we get the errors mentioned above.  We have no problems adding the GeoTIFF's into ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap. Hi @dozer  - The new workflow for managing/uploading photos is much better than the previous workflow.  I completely agree with that.  However, having the ability to spatially select photos on the screen and delete them would be helpful in a few ways: Thinning out photo overlap.  With merged missions, sometimes there is a lot of overlap between two missions.  being able to select and delete them on screen would be easier than sifting through the photo roll Removing photos outside of a subject area.  Our subject area is surrounded on 3 sides by water.  It's easy enough to delete photos that are out over the water in the photo roll.  Being able to do it on-screen would insure that only the photos you want to delete are removed.  Sometimes, there are photos over water that we want to include. Replacing photos in a given area.  Sometimes we have to refly a specific area of our subject area.  Being able to select photos on screen and delete an area and import new photos would be very helpful.  Doing it in the photo roll would be a tedious task when having to sift through thousands of photos. Being able to select & disable or delete photos is available in Drone2Map and we used it often when we were using Drone2Map.  In order to provide feature parity between both platforms, it would be great to have this as part of SiteScan. Hi Zach, This survey is hosted on our ArcGIS Enterprise (10.9.1) I haven't made the migration from Integromat to Make yet so I'm not sure where you check your region in Integromat.  I did find this: AndrewBowne_0-1661964904356.png   This has proven to be a very interesting problem.  It only happens with this specific survey and it does not happen with all records that are submitted.  It seems to be hit-or-miss.  It only seems to happen when using the Webform.  If I add or edit a survey with the field app, the webhook is triggered every time.   I did some testing where I had the user reporting the issue log in to my ipad and submit a record.  It worked.  I then went and tried editing the survey on the webform.  It worked.   I then logged on his ipad and submitted a record, it worked.  He went and edited my record in the webform and it worked. So, there seems to be no rime or reason.  Some records work and some don't.  What is consistent is the records that don't work... never trigger the webhook from the webform when trying to update.   Is there something specific in the data that would cause this?   Thanks, Andrew ...
