You could include a link to the item details page in an area of text in a WAB app, for example in the splash page text.

Hi Brita, The Crowdsource Manager app is really only designed to handle layers with one related table. There isn't a way to display multiple related tables, and if multiple related tables are found in the map it will just display whichever one it find first (not necessarily related to TOC or order in the service). If only one of the related tables is in the map, I believe it should use that one. I'll look into this more and get back to you. -Allison

Hi Rob, There is something strange going on with that layer totally unrelated to Reporter, but I'm not sure what. I added your blight service to a new web map and couldn't create features. I created a copy of your blight layer (Contents>Create>Feature Layer>From URL and used the URL to your blight layer) and I can create features without issue in the web map. Your best bet to resolve this might be to contact Esri Support Services or your local distributor. -Allison

Thanks! If that's not possible, the URL to your basemap should be enough for me to try to reproduce the issue.

Mark Cooper Are you able to share the URL of your app so I can take a look? I'm not aware of any reason that would happen.

Christopher Dombkowski There are several ways to export features - from the export button on the Details page of the layer, and using the Table to Table GP tool in ArcGIS Pro are two examples that let you choose the export format. The Table to Table tool could also be written into a very simple Python script that could be scheduled to run automatically on a schedule using a tool such as Windows Task Scheduler. Another option for the workflow you mention would be a configuration of Operations Dashboard that could provide easy summary visualization with options to compare to previous time periods, benchmarks, etc, as well as the ability to drill down to specific reports. Regarding your question about duplicates: I believe you are referring to multiple reports of the same type, and these look like duplicates in the list of existing reports because they have the same name. If this is the case, there isn't a way to group them in the list because, other than the selected report type, these likely have few attributes in common. To make the title of each report a bit more identifiable and unique, I suggest editing the title of the popup to include other attributes such as the request ID, status, report address, reporter name, or report date. If I have misunderstood where you are seeing duplicates, please share a screenshot and I'll revise my answer. Regards, Allison

hmm...I believe that should work. Your best bet might be to call Esri Support Services for help. They can help troubleshoot this and get to the bottom of what's not working.

If the application is using your location, it's because your browser has stored that you want your location shared with the app. You can turn this off in Chrome by clicking the 3 dots in the upper right corner of your browser and going to settings>advanced>privacy and security>content settings>location. Disable use of your location for the application. You browser may prompt you again - you can block it from using your location if it does. Other browsers have similar settings. The above suggestion about defining an area where you will accept submissions will also work. If the user is outside the defined polygon(s), the map will not zoom to their location.

rocio veloz The action you are describing isn't available out of the box with this application. It's intended to show users information about the feature before they submit a comment. Could you describe your workflow some more? There may be another application that would be better suited to what you are trying to do.

This configuration allows you to swap out one piece of text for another in the outgoing email. Anywhere a value in the Find column is found in the email text or body, it will be replaced with the corresponding value from the Replace column. If the value in the Replace column is a field in the layer, the Find value will be replaced with the value in that field in the triggering feature. For example, if the feature triggering the email contains an attribute (NAME) with the name of the person who'll receive the email, you might want to address that person by name in the email. Another use case would be to include a reference number in the subject line of the email (assuming the feature contains that info). To do this, write out your email text in an HTML file. You can start with one of the samples that come with the script. If you'd like to address the person by name in the email you might put something like Dear {name}, as the first line of the message. Really, {name} could be any string, but I suggest using something that is clearly variable-like and unlikely to appear elsewhere in the message in a literal form. In the tool, list your variable for the person's name ({name})in the Find column, and pair it up with the name of the field that contains the person's name (NAME) in the Replace column. The same principle applied to substitutions in the subject - just include the variable in the configured Subject text, instead of the HTML body.

Hi Chris, Yes, the Workforce layer must contain the fields before running the script. I don't anticipate any issues with referencing the same service multiple times. Just watch that there isn't any overlap in the features you query. If there is, that feature will be copied multiple times. The script currently only handles one update field. You are more than welcome to modify the script to handle more, but be aware that this does go beyond the level of configuration that Esri supports. -Allison
