The Crowdsource Manager web app template supports the first two workflows, and exporting to CSV is available from the item details page of the layer.

Michael Brown Could you please open a support incident with this issue so that we can troubleshoot and address it ASAP? I am not able to reproduce the issue, but an analyst can work with you to identify what's going on.

Hi Jay, I know we have a side conversation on the go about this as well, but I thought it might be helpful to others if I also a reply here as well. This script can help move reports collected through apps like Reporter into your Workforce assignments layer. The basic premise of this script is that it will copy features from the layer you are using in Reporter to the layers used by Workforce. The configuration parameters let you specify which features should be copied (using an SQL query), which report attributes should be used to create the new feature in the Workforce layer (field mapping), and how the script should mark reports as processed (update field & update value). - Allison

Hi Adrian, Glad to help! What a cool idea for an app! For the purposes of what you've outlined above, I would add the second checkbox as well. This one will add fields for tracking the date/time of when features are created & edited. The third checkbox would be useful if your users will all be signed into AGOL accounts and you wanted to track WHO made the changes. The fourth isn't really applicable for this app as it doesn't support offline work. You are right about the Map Notes - I should have added a fourth point: - the layer must exist as either a hosted or Server service (aka have a REST endpoint) You can turn your map notes into a hosted service by clicking the ... under the name of your map notes layer in the TOC and choosing Save Layer. If this doesn't solve it....let me know and I'll take another look! -Allison

Hi Adrian, You can make fields required in the form by making them required in the data. To do this, I suggest exporting your layer to a file geodatabase, downloading it, opening it in Pro, and updating the schema of the feature class to not accept null values in the fields you'd like to be required. You can then overwrite the original service with your updated schema. To record date submitted, I suggest enabling editor tracking on the layer. The Date Created field will reflect the date and time the report was submitted. You can hide fields from the form by turning them off in the popup configuration in the map. the Display checkboxes control which fields are visible when reviewing the details of a report, and the Edit checkboxes control the fields that are displayed on the form. To show popups for reference layers, the following must all be true: - the checkboxes shown in your screenshot must both be checked (as they are) - the layer must be uneditable (if you need to edit the features elsewhere, you can simply turn off editing for the layer in the TOC of your reporter map) - the layer must have the popup enabled in the web map If these three are all true and you are still not getting the popup, could you please share the URL to your app so that I can take a look at what might be going on? -Allison

Hi Sam, I'm not sure which app in that suite you are looking at specifically, but the Mosquito Surveillance Charts app is a configuration of the Related Table Charts widget in Web AppBuilder, and the Mosquito Population Surveillance app is a configuration of the Crowdsource Polling web app template (primarily designed for data entry). Both apps are actually pointing to the same hosted feature layer. I think that, these two apps, along with the links option mentioned by Jake, are your best bets for presenting related records. Both of these apps do require a geodatabase relationship, but I don't think that maintaining the updates needs to be too labor-intensive. I would suggest that if you or someone you work with has some Python skills, it wouldn't be too hard to use a package like pygsheets along with the ArcGIS PI for Python to transfer data between your google sheet and a hosted layer. No re-publishing required and the script could be scheduled to run on an interval of your choosing making it very near to 'live'. If Python isn't an option, there is a new 'Append Data' capability in AGOL that should allow you to easily append data from a CSV to an existing hosted feature layer. This does require someone to hit the buttons in AGOL on a regular basis, but would still be MUCH faster than manual data re-entry. - Allison

Yes, that makes sense. Are you getting the special characters in ALL the spaces, or just at the line breaks? It looks to me just the line breaks, in which case removing the spaces at the ends of the lines should address the issue. The spaces between field values on each line should be fine.

What modifications are you looking to make? The Solution Deployment Tool lets you modify domains and add fields. You can also easily delete fields from the Details page of the feature layer items. More extensive modifications can be made by exporting the layers to a file gdb, opening them in Pro, and overwriting the existing layer with your updated schema, although this may break some maps and apps if you remove fields that are used in popup configurations, etc. If you just want to see the schema of the layer, you can click the Service URL link on the Details page for the layer to open the REST endpoint which will show you the fields, templates, etc that are saved as part of that layer.

Hi Werner, The app doesn't require the LGIM data model; you can configure which fields and layers contain each of the relevant pieces of information in the config.js file. As stated above - The app does require the configured map the be hosted in AGOL. You can still use your Enterprise layers, but you'll need to add them to a map in AGOL and reference that map in the app configuration. If you are encountering specific error messages, please share them. As long as the only changes you are making are in the configuration file, this app is also fully supported by Esri Support Services. If you need in-depth troubleshooting help with the configuration and deployment, I suggest giving them a call. -Allison

Hi Jay, Your maps have the un-interactive polygon layer above of the reports layer. and it appears that the polygon is essentially blocking access to the reports when you click the map. Try moving the polygons below the reports layer. A quick test on a copy of your map leads me to believe this should fix the problem. If not, let me know, and I'll keep digging! -Allison
