Hi Jay, The information should open by clicking the feature in the map, or by selecting the feature from the list. There isn't anything in the configuration that should affect this. What browser are you using? Are you seeing the same behavior on mobile/touch devices? Are the feature layers hosted in ArcGIS Online? Are the features points, lines, or polygons, and how far are you zoomed in to them when you are trying to click them on the map? Are there overlapping features? If you share the URL to your app, I'll take a look at it. I have heard of one other case where this was an issue, but didn't get to see the app myself and the user never shared how they resolved it. -Allison

Hi Dawn, Did you provide a Hint and a Prompt for the 'Ask for values' filter? Although not marked, they are required and once filled out the 'Apply' button should enable. -Allison

I'm suspecting this issue has to do with how the relationship is set up. I'll look into why this relationship setup isn't working in Manager (it should!), but to get you up and running, could you try setting the relationship up using Global ID/GUID fields? In ArcMap, use the Add Global IDs gp tool to add a Global ID field to the feature class, and use the Add Field gp tool to add a field of type GUID to the table. Then, set up a one-to-many relationship using the Global ID field as the origin and the GUID field as the destination. Make sure you delete the old relationship class before re-publishing. Please let me know if you run into the same issue with the relationship set up like this. -Allison

There isn't a way to pick and choose which Facebook users can access the app, but I understand your confusion. What that part of the doc is trying to say is that the overall access to the application is still controlled by the ArcGIS Online sharing settings for the app. AKA if the app, maps, & layers are not shared with Everyone at the ArcGIS level, social media credentials aren't going to get you into the app because you can't even see the app without ArcGIS Online credentials. I'll take a look at how we can re-word that for the next release to make it clearer.

Kathryn, The Solutions Deployment Tool add-in can be used in Pro to add domains to existing fields on a layer. You will need to type out all the values for the domain, even if they are used on another field. Yes, if you export to an FGDB you can overwrite the service from Pro. Keep in mind that if there are any edits made to the service in the time between your export and the overwrite they will be lost. -Allison

Yes, you can set a filter on the layer in the map that, for example, only allows features with the value 'Yes' in the field PUBLICVIEW. If this field has a default value of 'No', all features will be hidden until someone can review the report and, if it's acceptable, update the value of that field to 'Yes'. The Crowdsource Manager app template is designed to help with this workflow.

It looks like you are coming across a known bug that we are planning to resolve in the next release of ArcGIS Online. The reference number is BUG-000107645, and you can also track the dev progress here: BUG-000107645 In the ArcGIS Online Crowdsource Reporter app when the mobile display settings uses 'Show map first' and t… In the meantime, you can get around this by displaying the list first, instead of the map, although I do understand why you have the map displayed first for your use case. Regarding your other questions: In my opinion, if you need to do this for multiple fields, the easiest way to do this would be to export your layer to a geodatabase, download that gdb, and edit the schema of the feature class in Pro. You will likely need to add new fields with the properties you'd like, calculate across any existing data, and then delete the old fields. You can then use this updated feature class to overwrite your existing layer. If you'd rather edit the layer directly and you need EITHER a default value OR the field to be required, the Solution Deployment Tool will allow you to add required fields, and the Add Data tool on the Data tab of the Details page of a service (under the burger menu) will allow you to add a field with a default value. The Solution Deployment Tool can then be used to either add or adjust domains on fields added through either workflow. Just like in the Pro workflow, I suggest adding the new fields with the properties you'd like, using the Calculate tool to bring across data from the old fields (click the header of the new field on the Data tab of the Details page), then delete your old fields. In either case, keep an eye on your popup configurations. These are new fields, so you will likely need to re-do any settings such as order, aliases, and other display properties. You queries in the map may also be impacted if they reference any of the old fields. (making these settings easier to change for people who are configuring this app is definitely on our radar!)

Hi Scott, You can't upload an image through the app configuration panel, but you can provide the URL to an image hosted elsewhere. If you don't already have the image on a web server, you can upload it as a public item to AGOL, or use one of the many other image-hosting websites. -Allison

Yes, this is expected. Honoring the refresh intervals is something we are looking to add in a future release. Until then, manual refresh is necessary.
