As of the latest release of ArcGIS Online, you can now export (and print) a CSV of the selected records. At this time we have no intention of adding the ability to delete reports to Manager. Features can be deleted through the map, through the layer, or through ArcGIS Pro.

Thanks for the additional information and screenshots. I now understand what you mean by categories. We are deliberately not resetting the search source when the search term is cleared and have no plans to modify this behavior in a future release. One option to help your users understand which layer they are searching against is to supply a value in the placeholder text parameter for each of your search sources. This value will display as a prompt in the search box when it is cleared of a search term.

I'm not able to reproduce this issue. Could you take a look at the updates to Near Me that were made this week and provide more information on the behavior you expect to see when clicking the 'x' in the search bar? I don't believe we've made any changes to the behavior of the 'x', but when I click it it clears all search results and returns the widget to it's original state.

The titles are coming from the popup title. This can be configured in the map: Configure pop-ups—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS You can filter which features you'd like to see by applying a filter to the map layer: Apply filters—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS The District Lookup widget in your application should honor both of these settings.

Thank you for the screenshot! Now I see where you are getting stuck. The view in your screenshot is changing the alias on the layer itself and is unrelated to the popup configuration that is used by Reporter. To make the change you are looking for, open the map that is displayed in your reporter app. On the left side of the screen, in the Contents window, find the layer you would like to change. Click the layer name, and then the three dots that appear below it. Click Configure Popup. Click the link to Configure Attributes. Double click each field alias to edit the value. These changes will be reflected in the map popup and the app. Even if this layer is included in multiple maps, this change will only apply to the display of the current map.

Kenneth Lindhardt You can change the aliases shown in the app by editing the popup configuration for the layer. The popup uses the field aliases by default, but the display in the app is driven from the popup configuration. In the example you give of supporting multiple languages - this allows you to add the same layer to multiple maps, each with a popup configuration in a different language.

For more information about deploying this solution for use in your organization, see: http://solutions.arcgis.com/state-government/help/dam-safety/ *** Introduction The Government Solutions team has been working with dam inspection teams at the Departments of Natural Resources in Ohio, Maryland, and Kentucky to build a solution around dam safety. One key component of this new Dam Safety solution is a configuration of Survey123 for ArcGIS. It's intended to provide dam inspectors with a field survey to inspect and monitor the condition of dams within their state. Collecting dam safety information also enables staff to review and monitor condition and take the appropriate remediation action. Please give this survey a try and provide us feedback on how closely this aligns with your existing dam inspection field workflows. If you run into any issues or have any questions, please post them below. The Dam Inspection Survey makes use of the Inbox functionality in Survey123 for ArcGIS, and will work connected or disconnected. Once you've published the survey using Survey123 Connect, append your dam information (including the locations of your dams) to the resulting layer. This will allow your field workers to access basic information about your dams while in the field using the Survey123 Field App. The survey results can then be printed using Survey123.arcgis.com. Setting up Dam Inspection Survey using Survey123 Connect Download the XLSX file that is attached to the bottom of these instructions. If you don’t have Survey123 Connect installed already, follow these steps to download and install Survey123 Connect. If you already have Survey123 Connect installed, verify that you are working on the latest version and update if necessary. Open Survey123 Connect and sign in to the ArcGIS Online organization where your app will be hosted. Click New Survey. Give your survey a title (this will also be the name of the layer that is created to hold your survey responses) Choose to create a survey from a File and browse to the downloaded XLSX file. Click Create Survey. This will create a folder in your organization/portal with the same name as your survey. In that folder will be a Survey123 item, and a feature layer that will hold the survey responses. When the survey creation process is done, Survey123 Connect will display a sample form, and it will open the XLSX form containing the structure of your survey. Editing this form (not the original file included with these instructions) will edit the structure of your survey. Close the XLSX form (you can reopen it at any time from the button on the left side of Survey123 Connect) and open the Settings tab in Survey123 Connect. Under Inbox, enable the inbox capability. Optionally, explore the other Settings options to choose a thumbnail, change the form colors, provide a description for the survey item, specify the display format of coordinates, etc. Click the Publish button found on the left side of Survey123 Connect. This will push your changes to the survey layer. Using your internet browser, sign in to your ArcGIS Online organization using the same credentials used to create the Dam Inspection Survey. Locate the survey item and layer and share them with the accounts that will need access to the survey (your inspectors/testers). Adding your dam information to the Dam Inspection Survey layer using ArcGIS Pro Open a new project in ArcGIS Pro using the Map template (or add a map to a new blank project). Make sure you are signed in to Pro with the same account used to create the Dam Inspection Survey using Survey123 Connect. Use the Catalog pane to navigate to your organization/portal and locate the Dam Inspection Survey layer. Drag this layer into the map. Use the Catalog pane to navigate to a feature class or layer than contains the locations and attributes of the dams that are to be inspected. Drag this layer/feature class into the map. In the Geoprocessing pane (open from the Analysis tab), locate and open the Append tool. The Input Dataset is the layer or feature class that currently contains the locations and attributes of the dams that are to be inspected. If this layer/feature class contains selected features only the selected features will be copied. Alternatively, you can specify an optional SQL Expression to copy only the features that meet the specifications of the query. The Target Dataset is the Dam Inspection Survey layer. Change the Schema Type to Use the Field Map to reconcile schema differences. To map the fields in your dam information layer/feature class to the survey layer, click a survey field in the list on the left and use the drop-down list on the right to select the corresponding field in your dam information layer/feature class. Click the Add Field button at the bottom of the field list to save the selection. I suggest mapping, at minimum, the dam name and dam id fields, but you can use this process to map any attributes from your dam information layer/feature class that you’d like to have pre-populated in your survey. You can use the XSLX file in Survey123 Connect to see which field names correspond to which survey questions. Run the tool. This may take a while depending on how many dams you are adding. I suggest starting with a few you know you’d like to test-inspect. You can always use these steps to add more later. To verify that the append worked correctly, open the table of the Dam Inspection layer. It should now contain all the appended dams and their attributes. Accessing the Dam Inspection Survey using the Survey123 Field App If you don’t have the Survey123 Field App installed already, follow these steps to download and install the Survey123 Field App on a phone, tablet, or Windows computer. If you already have the Survey123 Field App installed, verify that you are working on the latest version and update if necessary. Sign in to the Survey123 Field App using any account that has access to the Dam Inspection Survey. From the menu in the upper right corner of the app, click Download Surveys and click the Dam Inspection Survey item. The name of this item will match the name given the survey when it was created unless the survey name was updated under Settings in Survey123 Connect. Click the Back arrow to return to the list of downloaded surveys and click your Dam Inspection Survey to open it. Click the Inbox option at the bottom of the screen. If no surveys load, click Refresh to pull in the list of dams to be inspected. Choose a survey from the list to open the inspection survey. When the survey is completed, click the check mark in the lower right corner of the survey app. You can choose to sync the survey now or later, allowing surveys to be saved to the device and synced later when working in disconnected areas. Viewing and printing survey results using the Survey123 website Sign in to https://survey123.arcgis.com/ with the account used to create the Dam Inspection Survey. Click the My Surveys link at the top of the page and choose your Dam Inspection Survey. On the Collaborate tab, specify which accounts can submit and view surveys. Viewer level permissions are required for any accounts that need access to the Print and Report capabilities available from this site. To print a report of a survey, open the Data tab and select one or more records from the table. A basic report can be printed from the panel that will open on the right side of the page. To print a customized report, use the Report (Beta) capabilities to create and upload a custom report template. This capability will only be enabled for the survey owner until at least one custom report template has been uploaded. Once a template has been uploaded this capability will be available to all accounts that have Viewer level permissions to this survey. Revisions: Updated 3/20/2019 - A fully supported version of Dam Safety is now available from ArcGIS Solutions for State Government Updated 2/22/2019 - Added a field for the name of the assistant inspector Updated 1/28/2019 - Added fields for EAP-specific contact information - Added specific issue lists for EAP and OMI issues. Hi Stella-Maris, The only attributes that are populated on your features are the facility and district names. This means that the fields used to connect each facility to a district are blank, and therefore there is no way for the widget to know which results to return. I believe that, for these layers, the Facility ID fields are used in the relationship. There is a field with this name in the Districts layer and in each of the facility layers. Populate these fields so that the value for each facility matches the value for each district, then try the app again.
