Hi @BrendaWolfe, Thank you for the quick reply on this and the update on plans to remove the privacy policy checkbox. Our concern over having a secondary process to agree to terms and conditions outside of the account sign up is that it adds extra work for the user. Are there any plans to integrate the same terms and conditions check boxes for invited users in the account set up process? It would certainly be the preferred option for us. Many thanks, Rob

It is normally possible to hide group membership information via the group settings. However, it appears that this option is not available for groups created as Supporting Teams in ArcGIS Hub Premium. Is there a way to do this?

ArcGIS Hub Premium allows us to set up a Custom Sign Up Welcome Message and Custom Sign Up Terms and Conditions in the Advanced Settings. In addition, users signing up are expected to agree to the ESRI Master Agreement and Privacy Policy. However, when inviting users to create an account (rather than self-sign up), they bypass all of these terms and conditions (both custom and ESRI - see screenshot below of self signup requirements). Is there a way to enable the terms and conditions for invited users to agree to during their account setup process? This seems to be an oversight at the moment. If this is not possible, what is the best process for ensuring that users read and agree to both ESRI's and our organisation's terms and conditions? Possibilities I have considered include: Provide links to the terms and conditions before inviting users to setup an account. Provide links to the terms and conditions in the invite email (but the custom email text does not have formatting options for hyperlinks) Provide links to the terms and conditions after signup (too late!) If using one of the above workarounds, what link(s) can we use to direct users to the ESRI terms and conditions for ArcGIS Online?

Not sure if your StoryMaps issue is the same one we have been having. BUG-000139199: There are issues with embedding the ArcGIS Insights or ArcGIS StoryMaps applications for the custom ArcGIS Hub domains after the April release.

In the Survey123 field app, if the map is using the GPS position of the device, it is not possible to zoom out very far and it 'springs back' to a closer zoom. Is there a way to remedy this? Only workaround appears to be to click elsewhere (or search location) on the map to get away from the GPS point. I realise not a major issue, but our users are picking up on it and not immediately seeing the workaround. Thanks, Rob

I've had this same issue and reported it to ESRI at the start of 2020. It is logged as enhancement #ENH-000128512 Survey123 app - when setting a device to language: English (UK) display metric units by default instead of imperial units. I hope they resolve this. The only workaround offered was as follows: "the only way for all devices to show metric measurements is to change the language settings for all devices to Australian English or Canadian English".

I am using ModelBuilder in ArcGIS Pro v2.8.0 to create various processes that will be scheduled to run regularly. The models are fairly simple. However, there seems to be a bug as ModelBuilder keeps showing the incorrect input features at various stages of the model. For example, in the first stage of this model (Image 1), I set the In Features to County_Coastal_Terrestrial_region. When I reopen the tool, it shows the In Features as a different layer - Survey_feature_sites. However, if I hover over the tool it shows the correct input feature (Image 2). This is occurring across all of the models I have created in the past 24 hours. If I export the process to python, it appears to show the correct layers being used in the process. This bug is causing a lot more work, having to go back and triple-check each model is running with the correct parameters and features as the model keeps displaying the wrong ones. Image 1: The model Image 2: Mismatch shown between In Features in the tool window (incorrect layer shown), and when hovering over the tool (correct layer shown).

When adding new community members, the groups available to add people to are only those that exist in our community account. Is there a way to enable this group list to also display the groups from our organisational account? Case in point, if a user follows one of our initiatives, they are added automatically to the initiative Followers group. However, if I add a new member, I cannot add them to the Followers group at the point I am setting up their account. Instead this has to be done at a separate point in ArcGIS Online.

An audio field type already exists in Survey123. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/xlsformmedia.htm#GUID-46407E75-8E4C-4465-A1C0-D05556B2F9BC

Update - unfortunately this is still not resolved but logged as BUG-000139199. For hub sites that are not shared publicly and have custom domains, temporary workarounds suggested by ESRI are: 1. Use StoryMaps classic 2. Remove the custom domain 3. Use a Url link to the StoryMap

I am experiencing this error as well when trying to create Offline Areas for a webmap that is being used in ArcGIS Explorer. I first get the message "The two items must be shared the same way for this Relationship Type." followed by the error: ERROR 000735: Map Area Item ID: Value is required. This still occurs despite turning off all Sharing as suggested.
