Hi @KatelynThompson, I hold both the organisational admin and the community admin accounts. I first log in to hub using my organisational account, navigate to the initiative, select the Teams option from the dropdown, and open the supporting team of interest. I then click on the Add Members icon and select My Community to choose from the list of community users. In some circumstances I am prompted to log in with my community admin to gain access to the list of community users, but it is not asking me to do that in this instance. When adding from ArcGIS Online I get the same error that Susannah has attached in her post.

We have created a Supporting Team for one of our ArcGIS Hub initiatives. We have Hub Premium and have invited some of our community members to the team. Some get added to the group but without the invite message, whereas for others we are getting an error and they are not being added at all. I have tested 2 routes for adding the community users that throw the error to the group, with the following behaviour: Via the hub initiative supporting team page - red bar appears at the bottom after sending invite saying 'an error occurred'. No other error information. Despite writing an invite message, the message is not being delivered but the user is being added to the team. Via ArcGIS Online - logged in with the Community Admin account - Error adding members. The following members could not be added to this group. They may not have the privileges needed to join the group or may have hit the maximum number of groups (512). In both cases I am either the group owner or assigned as a manager. All users are Creator user types with User roles. Profile visibility is set to Organization, and users are only members of 1 or 2 groups. Group settings are as follows: Who can be in this group? Any organization's members How can people join this group? By invitation Who can view this group? Only group members Who can contribute content? Group owner and managers I've been unable to find a relevant solution in the technical article on this error.

Hi @BrentPierce, That's all well and good but the FieldMaps app is not supported on many older devices. Therefore organisations such as ours cannot move to FieldMaps as we have both organisational and community users with incompatible devices (whereas they can use Explorer). Is there any way of retaining Explorer in the app stores, or providing an alternative method for download to allow us to continue its use (and download for new users) beyond deprecation?

Hi @DavidPike, I have checked both of those and they are fine. No evidence of the same behaviour occurring in ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Online web maps yet - only Explorer. Still unresolved.

Hello, We have a survey created in Survey123 Connect. The survey contains nested repeats. The last question in the repeat that displays by default is an integer question. When a number is entered in to that question, another question appears based on relevant logic. When filling in the form (either in the mobile or desktop Survey123 field app), if a user enters a value in the last visible question, the screen jumps back to above that repeat rather than to the new question now displayed due to the relevant logic. Short of removing the relevant logic, is there a way to stop this behaviour from happening? Video attached showing the behaviour.

Haha. It's a well known population. I just realised I posted the wrong video also - now updated. These points were generated in ArcGIS Pro, and are not the result of a survey. If there is no location data associated with that point, then why would it show up in that particular location on the map? I agree it must be reading a null location somewhere, but I'm perplexed as to how it is then still showing the point in the correct location.

When I click on a feature and then open the popup, the map pans to an area off the west African coast (which I believe is lat = 0, long = 0). For reference, the features are in the UK. The behaviour appears to be erratic, and does not always occur.

I have gone to edit one of our Hub Premium initiative pages and it is missing with the following behaviour: If I open the initiative in edit mode the page is missing from the list of pages. If I try using the direct URL (using a custom domain) I get the error: 404 So sorry. We looked everywhere and just can't seem to find what you were looking for. If I look in my ArcGIS Online Contents, the page is still there, but clicking on Configure App results in the same error as above. If I use the direct URL containing the item ID (e.g. customdomain.org/edit?pageId=1234abcd) the page opens. However, if I try and publish the draft I get the error Publish failed. Also, the left customisation/editing pane is displaying weirdly as shown below. How can I recover this page?

Hi Owen, On further testing this only appears to affect adding in videos using the normal route of the + symbol (MEDIA -> Video) in the main body of the story. The video is a screen recording from my mobile device. If I instead add the video in to a sidecar then I have the option to Fit (do not crop) which resolves the issue. However this is not an option when adding the video inline. The only workaround I have found so far is to import the video in to a video editor and then save it from there. This shows the mobile screen recording in a bigger 'normal' sized window (see image below). Many thanks, Rob

I have added a video to one of our StoryMaps, but it is cropping the dimensions so that only the middle (horizontally-speaking) of the video displays. The video is a screen recording from a mobile device, so is 'long' vertically. Is there a way of making sure the full screen is shown in the video and not just the middle section? I have attached some screenshots for comparison of what it should look like (left) vs. how it appears in StoryMaps (right).

You can't actually submit data with Survey123 Connect. It just checks if what you are trying to submit is valid (hence the message you are seeing). To actually submit data you need to publish the form and then complete it in the Survey123 field app or webform.
