Hello @ZacharySutherby Thank you. I've now downloaded the updated script and it appears to be running correctly. I just had 1 query. Is the following still true? Users of the field app will need to delete the survey from their gallery in the field app on the device, re-download the survey from the Download Surveys menu, open the survey and they will have access to the updated survey and associated media files We are updating the media folder contents regularly (weekly if not daily in some instances), and so asking our users, many of whom are volunteers, to log in, delete the survey from the field app, and re-download it prior to every survey is an extra step they could do without. If there is a way to update regularly without the need to delete and re-download the form it would be very useful. Many thanks, Rob

Hi @alison_gou , I have just followed your steps, but my survey does not function well in the web browser as it contains nested repeats and complex logic. is designed for use in the field app, and was developed in Connect. The web form that loads using the URL you described (but edited to fit my data) does not show the map questions, and permanently shows a loading symbol over the form itself. Regards, Rob

Thank you I will check that workflow out. I didn't realise that would maintain the reference to the original layer which is useful. I appreciate the risks of giving others editing access, but it would be useful to be able to make multiple trusted users responsible for a layer rather than a single one.

Within our organisation we have several layers I administer, where many different views need to be created for different teams and users. It would be extremely beneficial if it was possible to enable permissions for other organisational users to create their own views without the need to transfer ownership of the hosted feature layer. At the moment, each user has to come to me, request the view they need and I need to then find time to set it up on their behalf.

Hi @alison_gou , Thank you. I have followed your steps. 1. The Survey123 Settings shows the map gallery as 'Organization's basemap gallery' with 'Imagery' as the default map. 2. When I search for 'Organization's basemap gallery' it returns 0 results. I do not have a group of this name. 3. I cannot complete step 3 as step 2 has no results. Regards, Rob

Something like this would be very useful. We have tens of thousands of features collected prior to our use of ArcGIS that we would like to make available back to the original recorders through their ArcGIS Online community user accounts, rather than only being able to see the features they have created since their account was setup. For us, simply being able to overwrite a field based on their username to determine who 'owns' the feature should be sufficient.

We use Survey123 and other field apps to collect data. When a user submits data, those data are attributed to that user and we can configure the Settings so that they can only see or edit their own features (e.g. Editors can only see their own features) in ArcGIS Online. We have tens of thousands of features collected prior to our use of ArcGIS Online by some of those users which we would like to assign to them so that they can view that data, but so that others cannot (using the settings described above). Is this possible? E.g., by somehow tagging the data to the AGOL username? Many thanks, Rob

Hi @Anonymous User , I am trying to use this script but it fails at the first hurdle. Traceback (most recent call last):
File "C:\Users\rob.ward\Desktop\updateMediaFolder.py", line 10, in <module>
import ago
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'ago' I expect this is something fairly straightforward. I am trying to run the script using IDLE ArcGIS Pro 3.7.10. Thanks

@Anonymous User I've still got an ongoing support case with ESRI, assuming it is the same issue (which it may not be).

Amazing, thank you so much for this. This is much more elegant as well. It wasn't returning the Artificial cover object status: text but it turned out that this was due to the fact that 3 of the status' were listed as domains. Changing the first line to var Status = DomainName($feature,"RefStatus") resolved the issue. Also just had to fix a missing comma on line 17 after 'Polluted'.

That's great news. Is there any specific timeline on this? Our current headers won't make much sense to our end users unless we can display the alias.

Hi, I raised this as a support case with ESRI and it was logged as BUG-000142336. The workaround identified was: Publish PDF and Story map for Public use Copy URL Add Embedded Content Select Card and scroll to Custom Card Details towards the bottom - toggle on Enter text into the Title box - the save option should now be shown as available Scroll up and Toggle on Image Upload Image and click Save Publish Story map and view on small screen

When embedding PDFs in storymaps and displaying the content as a card, the card displays the items URL at the bottom. If the item is stored in ArcGIS Online, the URL displayed is a generic ago URL. Readers of our storymaps do not need to see this and it makes the card look messy. Please could we have an option to hide the URL, or have it hidden by default. Example of the URL displayed at the bottom of the card:
