Melissa, Yes, the Change Privileges tools works for me and I can see settings in SQL Server Management Studio. Looks like there are multiple situations when this arises. I'll contact tech support. Found it. Thanks! Lots of red. The majority are for the Mapbox service - a 404 error, so it may be on their end. I'll substitute another basemap for now. I toggled sharing for the images that are on AGOL and that fixed them. Sorry, I'm not familiar with the term "console log." The data, services and apps are all hosted on AGOL. Some of the photos are on an National Park Service system, but it's working fine. I'm having problems with a couple of web apps that have been up and running for several weeks. Mapbox basemaps and some images (linked through URL) aren't loading, including one that I uploaded to AGOL. When I looked at the apps last week, they were fine. Wondering if anyone else is seeing this?

Update. I tried unversioning the dataset and wound up with a mess. To turn off versioning, I was forced to turn off archiving and now the GDB has a bunch of history tables that preserve the changes up until that time. But it means that the archives are split, with changes before and after in different tables. I turned versioning back on and reestablished archiving. I could open the privileges dialog again. Now, it's happened again on the same two dataset, but the only schema change didn't involve either of the two afflicted datasets. I can open the dialog for the dataset that was changed. This never happened when the GDB was a Workgroup SDE on SQL Server Express. I run compress, analyze and reindex on a regular basis.
