temporary workaround I've found is to enable Find Locations By Layer under crowdsource reporter's component web maps' Settings, and then use the find=insertattributevaluehere URL parameter on just the webmap's URL, but I would prefer to be able to link staff to the reporter application itself because it's more user-friendly to see all the comments and attachments for the non-GIS crowd TLDR: is there a way to specify in the URL which map to open in crowdsource reporter?

are you using an AGO hosted template, or the template off of GitHub? I'm getting the same error too, though another one of my layers works and I can't tell what the difference is.

I think I'm having a similar issue, do you remember what you may have changed this time around to get the relationship to show?

Is it possible to use URL parameters to open to a specific feature and/or map within Crowdsource Reporter? I'm using the template from GitHub. This would be helpful for us because we would like to send out an email upon request creation with its details as well as a hyperlink to the feature. Also, I'd like to be able to direct people to the correct map, example: a hyperlink from the Parks and Rec website directly to the map where they can report Park facility issues. Thanks

are your features hosted on AGO? You could try creating a feature layer view, changing it's visualization to only show open and closed features, and making that feature layer view editable.

That seems troubling, so I checked it out with my organization. After enabling "Allow anonymous access to your organization's website" because our homepage/gallery wasn't publicly accessible, I was able to see the Gallery when I wasn't signed in. It only showed those public maps and apps that I had put into the group assigned to display in the Gallery for me, and I know I have many more public things not in that specific group. I'm curious if anyone else can replicate your issue.

Thank you very much for taking a look at them! I was playing around with it some more this morning, and tried putting a placeholder into the PIC_URL while my coworker cleans up the site photographs, but what finally brought the point markers back was changing the one site's null TAB_NAME to "something." When that one site had a blank TAB_NAME, the markers wouldn't render.

Hi Rupert Essinger, I'm hoping you can help me with a similar problem. The points aren't rendering for my German Heritage story map (currently still under development). It is a copy of a template I've been using, and works fine even swapping in the webmap IDs from these working story maps: Greek Revival or Historic Barns. So the icons are accessible. The webmap that German Heritage is using is this one: 1302710fe2ce4ad1a25e94250a5fb323. The points show up fine there. I'm working with the dev story map files downloaded from Github. I don't see any errors when the story map loads in my browser. Any ideas? Thanks!

Was also just dealing with the locator not returning proper results when using the alias table. The piece of Joe's answer that I was missing, in case it helps anyone else, is that you need those two extra fields so that your field mappings on the alias table match the field mappings on your primary table (road centerlines in my case). These fields themselves don't matter, just that the two sets of field mappings match. So in my case, I removed all those extra fields and just made a FULLNAME field on the alias table because that was all I was mapping to on the road centerlines.

This may be related, but I'm unable to publish a spatial view (from SQL server 2012) to our 10.4.1 ArcGIS Server. I can view it fine in ArcMap 10.4.1, and it publishes to our 10.3.1 ArcGIS Server without problems. The error I get when publishing to 10.4 is "Packaging succeeded, but publishing failed. ERROR 001487: Failed to update the published service with the server-side data location."
