Thanks for chiming in @Mark_Prettyman ! We're on 11.1. It's published to our unfederated ArcGIS Server. This sharing situation is new for us, so I can't say for certain if it worked before this version or not. Our AGO item is set to private + one group, no referrer url limiting. This group has users from another organization as members. I'm able to add the item fine into my own Pro via the group, but they cannot. I'm on the latest Pro. Wow, almost 12 years old now. All I want is to be able to put a currency sign in front of currency fields. I agree, we shouldn't have to write Arcade for this. There's now the "includes" option, but it's laborious. It would be nice if we could paste in a list of values so we don't have to manually select them all. 2 years later... does anyone have any more information about this? All I'm seeing around the Community is about taking branch versions offline in Field Maps. I'm disappointed that the new service-based versioning method is so Pro centric. Seems counter intuitive and not so revolutionary. I was hoping the branch versioned service published to Portal could have different views of it saved as portal items each pointing to a specific version, like for different field worker groups. ... 6 years later and I still don't see a solution... If they could add a label "only the largest feature" that would be helpful for my use cases if it updates with each extent. Still don't see this as an option in 2024... I'd also like to tack on that it would be nice to be able to save a default of which layers you want on/off as well as the initial extent. Especially now that we have groups, it would be nice to not have to remember which particular combination of on/off you want the default in your apps to be after you work on the webmap. ... It isn't easily possible to draw the polygon elsewhere to use in Survey123. I say "easily" because you could set up drawing the polygon elsewhere and then the survey modifies that existing feature, but unless that's your workflow (one person makes the area and another submits attributes for it), it adds room for user mistakes (grabbing the wrong polygon etc.) and you need to open all existing features to be editable. Most of my surveys are just set to submitting new records. I agree that the survey map widget isn't great for users. My users struggle with it. Some things that have made it easier: you can expand the size with the broken square icon, you can get the starting location from an address they type in, from Connect you can set the initial zoom level and basemap (I leave it close up with an aerial so they can just glance at it to double check and move on), you can add reference layers (like park polygons). ...
