Hi Philip, I cannot seem to find any information on the EAC platform about the option to require users to update the survey. Can you please post a link to the specific documentation on how this is implemented? Thanks, -David

Yes - it's now working correctly on the beta site. Need to get this pushed up to the production site ASAP. Thank you.

Thanks Graham, that got me started. I found that adding your code above worked in the preview, but did not "stick" when viewing the actual page. Must be something with the embedded CSS code over-riding the style settings? Anyways, I did get it to work by simply adding <div style="box-shadow: 5px 5px 20px gray;">...</div> to the card html. Example: <div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-6 col-md-4"> <div style="box-shadow: 5px 5px 20px gray;"> <div class="calcite-web"> <div class="card-base"> <div class="card-image-wrap"> .... </div>

It appears the issue is somehow related to having multiple sections that have repeats. See the examples I posted in this thread:https://community.esri.com/thread/256065-internal-server-side-error

After doing some further testing, it appears that whatever changes were made are not respecting multiple sections in the template. Each of these sections contains repeats. For example - this works: However, if I add on another section to the template like what's shown below, then it fails:

Hi Ismael - actually the feature report is now broken since the change was implemented last week. This is a huge issue that needs to be fixed ASAP - field crews are no longer receiving reports and we're about to get swamped with calls. Beginning on Thursday, 7/2/20 our Feature Reports are no longer working either. I'm assuming this is because of the changes that were made to the Survey123 report features by ESRI. I don't know what's different or incompatible, I get the same Internal Server Side error message. I tried creating a new sample template from a submitted survey and that did not work either, so it's not something that's specific to my customization - the ESRI generated sample report does not work and returns the same error. This is a huge problem that needs to be fixed ASAP.

Currently what is the best method to create feature report from Survey123 in MS Flow/Power Automate? I have this process running successfully in Integromat, but am looking at transitioning this over to MS Flow (Power Automate) There is no "Create Feature Report" module in MS Flow like there is in Integromat. I did notice in another post there is a (Premium) service in Flow called "Populate a Microsoft Word Template". Is that the only way now to handle this process in Flow? Is there another "Create Feature Report" module planned for releasing in MS Flow? Since the "Populate a Microsoft Word Template" is a Premium service, I cannot access that to try.

Josh - that's good to know. Apparently it's nothing on our end then, it must be something on AGOL that's been changed. I imagine others will be having the same issue today. Hopefully James Tedrick can chime in here this morning and let us know what's going on before everyone starts tearing apart their Integromat processes to try and fix.

Beginning yesterday afternoon 05/04/2020, around 3pm EST the Integromat Survey123 connection is requesting reauthorization each time the process runs. If I reauthorize it in Integromat, the process will run once successfully then fail the next time until I reauthorize it again. Did something change yesterday? What could be causing this? It's been running smoothly for several months with no intervention, and nothing has changed in our process.

Hi James, The biggest concern is: "Printing using feature report templates does not work with ArcGIS Enterprise deployments that aren't public facing. Attempting to do so will present a getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND error." We're using Integromat to print and process submitted surveys, and I'm concerned this means that functionality will no longer work.

Currently all of our surveys are published/hosted on AGOL. We are transitioning to Enterprise and are considering moving our surveys to Enterprise, but after reading all the limitations of using Survey123 on Enterprise it may be a deal-breaker. If we could continue to host our surveys on AGOL, but have users login using their Enterprise logins and still be able to download and submit surveys to AGOL that might be the best way to resolve this, since we would not be subject to the limitations of using Survey123 on Enterprise. The problem is licensing. It would be costly and inefficient to replicate the Level2 edit licenses on both AGOL and Enterprise for the same person - i.e each person would need to be assigned a L2 license (Creator) on both AGOL and Portal to download and edit surveys. Is there a right way to do this? Is it possible to have users sign into portal so they'd have their L2 license, but download and submit surveys hosted on AGOL?

If you click on a web map from within the Minimal Gallery template, the web map opens inside the gallery in a very basic container instead of the normal map viewer. This means the user has no way to interact with the normal web map menus to turn layers off/on or do anything else. This means opening/viewing web maps from the Minimal Gallery is essentially useless because there are just very basic controls for interacting with the map in any way. Note that this behavior in the Minimal Gallery only applies to web maps - not web apps, web apps open as expected in the normal viewer, web maps should do the same. In the old Maps & Apps Gallery, this was not the case. There was an option in the Gallery Options tab to specify Open Maps with the Map Viewer - this option is not available in the Minimal Gallery. Not sure if I'd consider this issue an enhancement to the Minimal Gallery, more like putting back functionality that used to exist and now has been removed. In any case, please give users the ability to open web maps in the normal viewer when clicking on them from within the Minimal Gallery template.

Since this is now deprecated, how could I return the results of property('online') to test if a user has connectivity? Never mind - found the answer here: Prepopulate answers—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation
