ArcGIS Pro 2.9.5; Oracle 18c 10.7.1 EGDB I'm trying to import a CSV into an enterprise geodatabase: Catalog > right-click a .SDE connection > Import > Table > Table to Table GP tool Unfortunately, Table to Table is doing a poor job of interpreting the values when setting the field data types in the new table. For example, in a number field in the CSV, the first value is 0, and subsequent values have decimal places like 1.234. The new table's data type is automatically set to an integer due to the 0, so when loading the data, the decimal places in the other numbers are getting truncated (or rounded?) to integers, which is incorrect. However, I've gotten an error when running the Table to Table tool. As far as I can tell, I've just wasted an hour of my time because I will lose the field types that I set up. Ideally, I'd be able to export the Field Map configuration as a file (readable with a text editor) and then import it during a different attempt at using the Table to Table tool.   ... View more

ArcGIS Pro 2.9.5; Oracle 18c 10.7.1 EGDB: Catalog > right-click a .SDE connection > Import > Table > Table to Table GP tool When importing a .CSV into an enterprise geodatabase as a standalone table: In the Field Map > Properties tab, when changing the data type for multiple fields, I would like to paste the text "Double" into the Type parameter picklist rather than choose an option by clicking the drop-down. Reason: Pasting and keyboard shortcuts are faster than clicking in a pick list. I imagine this would be helpful for accessibility reasons in some cases, too.   ... View more

ArcGIS Pro 2.9.5; Oracle 18c 10.7.1 EGDB: When importing a .CSV into an enterprise geodatabase as a standalone table: Idea: An option in the GP tool to analyze ALL values in the field when determining the field type. For example, an ADDRESS_NUMBER field. The first value is an integer, so Pro has set the field to an integer data type. But there are a few values that have a letter in them.  Another example is: The first value in a field is 0 (zero), but there are doubles further down, yet the field has been set to an integer. Use case: Modify the field data types in the new table via the Fields View before importing the data, since field types can only be changed when the table is empty. Dynamic Range Adjustment (DRA) is a useful tool for seeing lots of detail when zoomed into a large raster, such as a LiDAR DTM or DSM. It would be great if the shaded relief symbology type could do DRA too. In the Edit Vertices pane: A field calculation-like mechanism to batch calculate Z and M values. For example, select a subset of a feature's vertices and set the M value to the cumulative length of the line, null, 0, or something else. ArcGIS Pro 3.3.2 I'm able to drag an item from the Catalog Pane > Project tab to geoprocessing parameters. Such as drag a file geodatabase from Catalog down to the desired tab name (Geoprocessing tab), and then up to an output parameter in the GP tool. Use Catalog Pane to enter GP Input parameter However, I can't do the equivalent when working with a wizard. I can't drag a file geodatabase to the Export Raster wizard's Output Raster Dataset parameter. That's unintuitive. The Geoprocessing pane and the Export Raster pane look similar in Pro. Users would expect them to have the same functionality. Could dragging functionality be added to wizard panes in Pro? I'm aware that I can copy/paste the FGDB path. But I think dragging would be worthwhile since it is more efficient/intuitive, and would be more consistent with GP tools. ... View more
