Field Map - Paste text into Data Type parameter pick list

ArcGIS Pro 2.9.5; Oracle 18c 10.7.1 EGDB:

Catalog > right-click a .SDE connection > Import > Table > Table to Table GP tool

When importing a .CSV into an enterprise geodatabase as a standalone table:

In the Field Map > Properties tab, when changing the data type for multiple fields, I would like to paste the text "Double" into the Type parameter picklist rather than choose an option by clicking the drop-down.

Reason: Pasting and keyboard shortcuts are faster than clicking in a pick list. I imagine this would be helpful for accessibility reasons in some cases, too.
