Microsoft/SharePoint Lists are the biggest digital transformation advancement at my organization in the last 15 years.

This idea is for Esri to make an MS List-equivalent app in ArcGIS Online or Portal that is list-centric, for concurrent, easy editing of non-spatial Esri tables. The tables need to support multi-value people columns from Microsoft Active directory. Which is essentially a real-time domain of people in the organization, similar to what Outlook has.

The lists would be used as standalone lists by some people, but also used in map apps by other people.

Integrating between SharePoint and Esri via Power Automate is not bulletproof. We need reliable, easy lists right in the Esri ecosystem. Not as an afterthought in a web map, but as a clean, standalone app similar to MS Lists.

I'd much rather build my map apps in Esri instead of Microsoft. But I'm stuck using Microsoft because that's where the lists are.

I'd much rather build every dashboard or insight in ESRI instead of PowerBI, I'd much rather ArcGIS Dashboards looked better, had more visual configuration, etc etc.,  but sometimes things just don't work out that way.

You think of the time and investment required, then GUI changes etc. All for something that already exists.

Data Pipelines can read Azure Storage buckets, but that's not quite it. Perhaps head to Data Pipelines and post an idea to develop a Sharepoint List connector? I'd certainly kudos that.
