Lindsey, Have you tried using Collector Classic? I am experiencing a similar issue with the newer version of Collector (not classic). Version number is 20.2.4.  This is running on iOS 13.7.   It may be an unwritten requirement to use Global IDs, else the newer version of Collector may ignore your relationships. Thank you for running this test and passing along your results, Barbara. I've never done a test like yours but it matches up with my experience with the three scenarios. I think 64-bit processing is beneficial when the normal 2 GB per process RAM limitation is met but not so much in execution speed. This is me guessing, but it sure seems like ArcGIS Pro and 64-bit background geoprocessing comes with extra baggage that slows the processing down. Maybe there's no way around the extra baggage, or it adds value in other scenarios. ... View more

James, This blog post states that "...the source code of Survey123 is available as part of AppStudio for ArcGIS under the Apache 2.0 license." This brings up a few questions. Is there a web version and an app version of Survey123? App version, as in one that installs on the iOS, Android or Windows platform. Update, January of 2020. The problem with the AGOL Manage Areas tool still exists. I filed case number 02452505 about this issue. To get around this issue, I found that using Collector Classic (19.0.2) is preferable over the newer version of Collector (19.2.0) for downloading offline areas. The Add Offline Areas tool within the newer version of Collector combines the extent and level of detail. This makes the download much larger than it needs to be. Collector Classic allows separate control of extent and level of detail so I end up with a download that is reasonably sized. ... View more

You probably know that the content comes from a web map. The Settings page of the web application has a data source URL which shows the global ID of the web map. The web map provides the data for the web application. See the pasted in graphic below. Go have a look at the web map that underlies your web application. I believe the content in the web map can be embedded or it can be from an ArcGIS Online item. Hopefully it is the latter since it can be easier to work with.
