Waze has finally accepted our feed. The format URL parameter must be JSON for Waze to import the geometry correctly. /query?where=1%3D1&outFields=objectid,street,subtype,description,direction,starttime,endtime,type,reference&outSR=4326&returnZ=false&f=json   I had to go back and split a few of our road closures because Waze uses slightly different road names than what we had. For example, we have just G Street in our system, but Waze has G Street, G Street West, and G Street South. I left our road name as just G Street, but I split the closure close to where Waze was changing the names. Also, be careful if you are filling out closure times in ArcGIS Pro. Hosted feature services are in UTC time and ArcGIS Pro is sadly not smart enough to convert UTC to local time and vice versa. ArcGIS Pro shows the time in UTC and it must be updated in UTC. I have not been able to get Waze to accept the feed so far. They said they could not access the secure service even though I provided the username and password they needed to access it. I made the service public back in October and just last week they finally let me know there are still problems. I updated the script I provided above with new subtype values, because apparently the subtype values have changed. Now I am trying to figure out how to get them the geometry of the lines in a format Waze likes. I originally provided a URL with these parameters at the end: /query?where=1%3D1&outFields=objectid,street,subtype,description,direction,starttime,endtime,type,reference&outSR=4326&returnZ=false&f=geojson I got that from the Esri ArcGIS Solution help documentation for the Road Closure solution v1. It outputs the coordinates in WGS1984 decimal degrees and is in GeoJSON format. Waze's software apparently cannot parse that anymore. We are on ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 as well and using SQL Server 2022 for SDE. I tried as well with a referenced branched versioned feature layer. The editing was set to "Attributes only" and a standard account, owner account, and admin account could not edit the geometry in Web Editor. All the geometry tools were greyed out with the standard account. The move tool is available in Web Editor to the owner and admin accounts, but trying to move a feature causes it to snap right back to the original location. ... View more

If your SDE allows and you don't need any editing, you could try publishing the service with a read only data connection to SDE. That should at least cause SDE to reject any edit submissions. I would also recommend creating a support ticket with Esri because that is a serious data integrity issue if Web Editor is indeed bypassing the disable edit geometry setting. As long as the computer has an Intel or AMD processor, ArcGIS Pro should run. A computer with a dedicated GPU will give you better performance. Unless something has changed recently, ArcGIS Pro is still not compatible with ARM processors. ArcGIS Pro will not run natively on ARM and last I heard ArcGIS Pro would not run in emulation mode on ARM either. I hope all that changes now that the 2nd generation ARM processors for PCs should be coming to market sometime next year. ... View more

I have used a combination of the ArcGIS for Python API and ago-assistant.esri.com to clone items from ArcGIS Online to ArcGIS Enterprise or vice versa. However, that process has always been clunky. Not everything will clone, cloned items will sometimes be corrupted, and I have to go into the JSON of items to update item ID or service URL references. I would guess the account that ran the Add Join did not have permission to add an index to either the SDE layer or the hosted feature layer. I would recommend adding the indexes manually outside of the Add Join tool. For hosted feature services you can add an index on the item's Setting page. For SDE layers you can add an index from the Catalog pane through a database connection that uses an account that has permission to add an index. Expand the database connection in the Catalog pane, find your layer, right click properties, select the Indexes tab, and add an index on the join field.     ... View more
