Does Esri have a fix for "Cannot invoke "com.esri.standardsql.query.Selection.getExpression()" because "<local6>.y" is null"? We are on ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 and are still seeing this error in the ArcGIS Server logs. It seems to only happen to hosted feature services and right now I am seeing getting the error while using some hosted feature services in a web scene. We are not getting errors for not adequate credentials.

Did you ever find a resolution to this? We are on 11.5 and the specific error you mentioned is still happening. So far we are only seeing it on hosted feature services.

@amarcz_cc Are you saying the Portal for ArcGIS 11.5 Web Applications Patch crashed your portal instance? I am planning on installing that tonight, but I am not virtualized so I cannot take a snapshot before patching.

Data shared by reference through distributed collaboration from ArcGIS Enterprise (AGE) to ArcGIS Online (AGO) should not prompt for credentials when being accessed in AGO when the AGE item is not shared with Everyone. There should be some kind of backend authentication that happens when AGE is joined to ArcGIS Online through a distributed collaboration. Then when someone in AGO has permission to access the item on the AGO side they are not prompted for AGE credentials. The lack of this makes me question what the point of distributed collaboration is for shared by reference data.

Please add the ability to add users from ArcGIS Online (AGO) to groups in ArcGIS Enterprise (AGE). During a recent natural disaster it would have expedited collaboration with other agencies to simply be able to add their users to our groups in AGE. Instead, I had to publish content to AGE, then enable sync on the content, then use distributed collaboration to push the data to AGO, and then finally share that with other agencies. Another example is we have Image Server for AGE but not AGO. I was having to share rasters to AGO in layer packages for other agencies to download and use because while I could add the image service URL to a group in AGO the users in AGO would still not have permission to access the service because it is not shared with everyone.

Please update the Review Sharing dialog to not include items that are already shared with the entire organization. The item was shared with the organization so we did not have to add it to every single group it is used in.

Please add the ability for ArcGIS Online to generate secure links that can be shared with other organizations. The process could be similar to what most cloud storage providers use to share content from their systems. The system should allow users to create links with features like link expiration, choosing who can open the link, managing existing links, managing access to existing links, and other common sharing features found with modern web software. We have been dealing with a major natural disaster and the current sharing model that ArcGIS Online has been challenging at times when trying to cooperate with other agencies. It is even more challenging trying to share data with other organizations when one party is using ArcGIS Online and the other is using ArcGIS Enterprise.

I ended up re-splitting the rasters by 2048x2048 pixels with an overlap of 50 pixels, then ran it through the Create 3D Flood Level from Raster, and finally merged the output together. As far as I can tell the output is correct along the entire river corridor, but I am starting to really doubt the outputs of this solution. Hopefully Esri figures out a way to get the Create 3D Flood Level from Raster tool to be able to handle larger areas directly through the tool.

I re-ran a small area after splitting the raster to 1024x1024 tiles and now I get the results I am expecting. Below you can see the difference between the 5120x5120 tile split and the new split outputs. Also, does anyone know of a way to not have gaps between the split rasters? It looks like the Create 3D Flood Level from Raster tool is doing an interior buffer at somewhere in the process.

I am trying to create a 3D visualization of the recent flood here in Kerrville, TX. I was able to create a water surface elevation (WSE) raster from local DEMs and a depth raster but I had to split the WSE raster to get it to run successfully in the Create 3D Flood Level from Raster script provided by the solution. The problem is one section of the 3D poly/multipatch will be at the correct elevation and broken into many polygons, but the next section will be one large polygon and 100+ feet higher than the previous or next section. I tried rerunning one of the incorrect sections and got the same results. I am going to try again with smaller sections but last time it took 28 hours to run the entire area. Is there a trick to getting this tool to run correctly? Is this a bug in the script?

Please allow users to select a coordinate system to use when creating a new hosted feature service. Currently we are forced to use Web Mercator when creating new hosted feature layers through the web UI in ArcGIS for Portal. We deal with small local datasets and would prefer being able to use our local coordinate system when publishing new content. This way our hosted content matches our enterprise geodatabase coordinate system.

Please add the ability to set a default coordinate system that all accounts use when publishing new hosted feature services through the web UI. Currently all new hosted feature services publish in Web Mercator when using the New Item wizard. I would like to be able to change the coordinate system so that all my users publish new content in our local coordinate system instead. I know Web Mercator is more performant in rendering and global, but we deal with small local data and would like our web published data to match our enterprise geodatabase data's projection.

I have a project that has 30+ maps and 30+ layouts. I am trying to organize and clean up the project. Is there a way to see which map is used in which layout? I do not what to delete a map that is being used in a layout, and I want to remove maps that are not associated with a layout.

Let me know if you all find a resolution to this issue with Esri Support. We are in the middle of dealing with a major flood aftermath here and I cannot work with Esri Support at the moment. We are doing incident response with ArcGIS Online because ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 is so unreliable at this time.
