Hello ArcGIS Pro Team, Please add the ability to define the orientation of the Ruler in Pro Layouts. For example when working between ArcGIS Pro and Adobe design softwars, both their rulers display opposite causing the need for calculation when translating between programs. Pro's ruler has an orientation of high numbers at the left and top Adobe Design Software ruler orientation has low numbers at the left and top By having the option to flip the measurment in ArcGIS Pro this will allow measurements to be more translatable between the two sofware platforms. Hello ArcGIS Pro team, Is there any update on this issue? Our team is also experiencing this. From my understanding of the documentation, .EPS files should be able to be visualized as vector files but when exporting they appear as raster. Hi @BethanyScott Thanks for the quick response! Unfortunately we'd like to avoid having to update the query yearly. This would somewhat defeat the purpose of it being automated/in Data Pipelines since we could just run this query manually using ArcGIS Pro GP tools. We'd need it to be "current year" similar to how "in the last 1 year" expression functions across other Esri expression builders. Thanks, Amanda Huber

Hello, It appears there is no functionality for the expression builder to accomodate "Current Year". This functionality is built into other Esri applications and has a very strong use case in your application as well. This seems to be an equivilancy issue. This option is critical, as many individuals have a need to filter based on annual operations/summaries. There is no option to set current year or even filter for year. Hello AGOL Team, We recently discovered the need for filtering functionality when creating new Hosted Feature Layer Views . For example, we have two hosted feature layers that we'd like to join and summarize but are stuck summarizing the entire dataset. We would like to have the ability to filter this dataset using an expression builder to 'Current Year', and have the join dynamically summarize off that. Hi @ChristopherCounsell, Thanks for your response! This is a very helpful explination and thanks for pointing out how to discover each version. That being said, is there a more straightforward resource to determine what version of Arcade each Esri app is on? We're running into another example of this, but unclear why. This time Field Maps won't even submit the point it just keeps spinning and spinning (when editing in AGOL no issues)- FeatureSetByPortalItem() is running on 1.8 Intersects () is running on 1.3 First() is on Core !IsEmpty() is on Core Also to clarify and make sure I'm understanding this right- Since you mentioned Field Maps is on SDK version 100.15 does this mean that it's only using Arcade version 1.19? Hi @chrichris , Thanks for the response! To clarify, the documentation for Arcade Expressions in QuickCapture refers to DateOnly Fields not the DateOnly() function. That being said I now understand where you're seeing these version differences, sounds like the documentation is what is confusing. It's still not clear why Date() and Year(Now()) are causing issues when submitting the record. Other expressions in the project are working fine and no issues which leads us to thinking it's just a QuickCapture issue with dates. We've opened an Esri support case already and plan to troubleshoot with them further. Thanks, Amanda Huber

Hello QuickCapture Team, We're currently working on a project where we're trying to calculate the current year into our field when a button is pushed using Arcade Expressions. We have tested numerous ways of writing the expression and all return an empty result even though the Arcade expression editor shows the return to be correct. We have tried to return this as both a Number() and Text() to two respective small int and text fields with no luck. When testing in AGOL popups, our expressions work with no issues. Leading us to believe this may be an arcade version support issue. Expressions we've tried: (This last one actually wouldn't allow the QuickCapture app to submit the record) Please let us know if this is a Bug, Arcade version issue, or something else.
