Unfortunately not. When you add a repeat to your survey, Connect will not be able to simply add the related table to your existing survey layer. Instead, it creates a new layer. Some options that come to mind: Option 1: Export your existing records into a File Geodatabase Add the new repeat and publish (this will re-create your layer and empty it) Append to your new layer the data you exported Keeps your survey item id intact. Option 2: Do a save-as of your original survey Publish Append data from the original survey into the second Creates a new survey item id Option 3: Use https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/online/update-definition-feature-service-.htm to append a related table to your existing layer Match the name of your related table in the repeat and publish Keeps your survey item id intact. ... Yes. This is possible, if you have a layer with the census polygons. If using the Survey123 web application, check the pulldata("@layer") section in this blog: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-april-2022-now-available-in-beta/ba-p/1161436 The pulldata("@layer") syntax allows you to do a point in polygon query against your own layer. It is in Beta at the moment, but we have deployed the code already in production, so it is easy to give it a try.  We plan to make this generally available and supported in September this year, although some people are already using it in Beta. You could also do this with a custom JS function, which has been supported for a while.  Or even a web hook to automatically populate the census tract once the data has been submitted. ... View more

Hi. I have been more successful creating a map package first (vtpk or mobile map package) and then either linking it to your survey or copying it into the survey's media folder. Check instructions here for the basics  https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-configure-a-map-for/ba-p/1169513 From ArcGIS Pro you can combine a vtpk with your own layers, including your parcel layer.
