Hi. Calculations within repeats were fixed some time ago, but default values still are pending. Sorry about that. We have this in the queue but not for resolution in our next update (September). Will re-evaluate for the October release.

Hi.I run into this as well in my Windows machine from time to time.Really annoying! What I typically do is to tap on the back arrow in the top-left corner and then tap on the Survey I want to refresh. You will see a dialog saying that the XLSfile has changed. Say yes, so the preview is refreshed and you will be back in business. In my case I often get Connect to refresh automatically when I save my XLSFile, but I get this behavior from time to time too. It comes and goes. We have this issue in our backlog but have not had a chance to look into it in depth. It looks specific to some Windows environments. Thanks for reporting.

Sveaskog Förvaltning AB Hi! We are back looking into your Form. We were able to get it working well on iOS. Before calling this done I would love to have you a look at the fix, which for now is only available in our internal builds. If you would be so kind to put some time into helping validate this fix I would really appreciate it. If you are interested in giving this a go, please respond to this thread and I will share with you a daily build of the software. The intent is to release the fix in September... but want to make sure you are happy with it.

Hi. The URL Scheme you have looks correct, but I cannot check if the itemID exists in your Portal. The item will only be opened if you already have it downloaded it in the app. That is, Survey123 1.6 will not be smart enough to go and download the referenced survey, it will only open it if present.

The earliest known official or large-scale celebration of Pi Day was organized by Larry Shaw in 1988 at the San Francisco Exploratorium. Pi Day has been observed in many ways, including eating pies, throwing pies and, we have been told, cutting the 1.6 build of Survey123 for ArcGIS which you can today enjoy. First things first: You can now update your Survey123 mobile app. Updates are available from the iTunes and Google Play app stores If you would like to refresh Survey123 Connect, go to the Download page. Both Connect and the mobile app are now at version 1.6.x. Here is a summary of the work that went into the 1.6 release: Integration with Workforce for ArcGIS: You can now configure your Workforce for ArcGIS projects to launch the survey of your choice right from the Workforce mobile application. This makes data capture with Survey123 much more convenient: field users keep track of their to-do lists in Workforce, and with a single tap Survey123 will pop with the exact survey needed to get the job done. The Integration with Workforce for ArcGIS help topic describes step by step how to make this happen. Note: The Workforce for ArcGIS mobile application is currently available on iOS only. Android and Windows versions are coming soon. Localization: While the Survey123 web site and help are in English only, both Survey123 Connect and the Survey123 mobile app are localized into the following languages: Arabic, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong), Turkish, and Vietnamese. This update includes numerous localization enhancements. Better offline map support: The 1.6 release includes several key fixes and better documentation for configuring your survey with ArcGIS tile packages. In short, you can author your offline basemaps in ArcGIS for Desktop (ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro) as tile packages, upload them into your Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online, and then associate them with your survey. The Prepare basemaps for offline use help topic describes the process in detail. Documentation: The documentation now gives help for both the desktop and browser workflows for creating and using surveys. At the top of each topic there is a switch for viewing a Desktop or Browser version of the topic. Some topics might be only available for Browser or Desktop. That means the functionality is only available in that environment. If you have some links saved to your favorite doc pages that no longer work, you might need to update them. To enable the switching we had to add a new level to the topic names. Focused fixes: We had a handful of issues addressed. In Survey123 Connect for example, some of you reported crashes when attempting to publish surveys including geopoint questions within a repeat. This was a Windows specific issue, which has been addressed. Some of you reported that the date set on newly captured photos was one month off... and you were right! Fixed too. Regular expressions can now include single backslashes. This one may sound like a minor one, but was preventing some folks from using email regex in constraints as described in our Formulas help topic. Devices running Google's Android N Preview are now supported. External selects now support labels using UNICODE strings Image questions can now be displayed in Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS as part of popups. We continue paying close attention to your feedback in GeoNet and use it to prioritize our work. We are now looking into our next update, which will probably need to wait until September. Keep your questions coming!

Hi, you can have a look at the time if you configure the popup in a Web Map. Have a look at the Dates and Time in Survey123 for ArcGIS | GeoNet blog post, towards the end of the post there is an explanation of how to display the time. Hope it helps, Ismael

Hi. Not at the moment, although we are working on the following: Print functionality so you can e-mail the outputs of this page as a PDF or print on paper. This is planned to be made available in our mid-September update. Enable access to Analyze tab to stakeholders. We want to enhance the Collaborate tab so you can share your survey with a group of stakeholders. That is, so you can share the survey with a group of people who will be able to see the results of the survey using the Data and Analyze tabs, but not necessarily have access to submit any information or modify the survey. We plan to have this ready towards the end of the year, in December or early January.

Hi. Attaching new version of the survey. I used the number function to cast the decimals. number(${EC}) + number(${FLC}) + number(${OWC}) + number(${ShC}) Just for fun, I also changed the appearance of the dropdowns to likert. I got something like this. You may want to go with likert to make it faster for people to enter the data. Likert uses a lot of horizontal space, so I changed the labels in the choice list to get rid of the zero before the decimal places.

Ok. I found the problem. In your XLSFile, in row number 40, you are defining the NAME of your question as No._Cull_Piles. The period (.) is an invalid character in database field names, and that is causing the problem. Go back to your XLSFile and replace No._Cull_Piles with No_Cull_Pilles and life will be wonderful again.

It looks like you have a repeat in your survey called gi_repeat. Survey123 Connect is trying to find in your Feature Service a table with the same name. You will get the warning above until your Feature Service includes such a table. Alternatively, you can change the name of your Repeat in the XLSFile to match the name of the Feature Layer table in your Feature Service.
