Hi @KennethLindhardt1 , It seems that you are using an older version of the web app and the icon for add repeat cannot be configured. Is that possible to use the latest (3.13) version for you by turning off the "version lock" of the survey on the "Settings" page of survey123.arcgis.com, or appending ?version=latest to the web app URL? i.e. https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/yoursurveyid?version=latest  This will force the web app to open with the latest version which has an enhanced UI for repeats: Thanks, Jody Zheng Liu ...
