Hi @AaronPDXPaul , @ahargreaves_FW , @ZDouiri , We are actively working on the Captcha support in the Survey123 web app but it's too early to give a solid timeframe yet. If possible, could you please give some background on your requirement for the Captcha feature in the survey? For example, is a particular Captcha provider preferred or NOT preferred? Hi @KennethLindhardt1 , It seems that you are using an older version of the web app and the icon for add repeat cannot be configured. Is that possible to use the latest (3.13) version for you by turning off the "version lock" of the survey on the "Settings" page of survey123.arcgis.com, or appending ?version=latest to the web app URL? i.e. https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/yoursurveyid?version=latest This will force the web app to open with the latest version which has an enhanced UI for repeats: Thanks, Jody Zheng Liu

Hi @christinesmith602 , When was the survey published? If it was published before March 9, you need to republish it to make the choices UI working. Also, could you please confirm that in the Settings - Services - Survey123 REST API URL in Connect, it is using https://survey123.arcgis.com/api ? Thanks, Jody Zheng Liu
