Unable to Edit Questions in Survey123 Web

This morning, I was demoing how to create a new form in Survey123 using the Web Designer. When I added a question to the form, I wasn’t able to edit the question text. I tried adding a second question to see if that would help, but the same issue occurred, and I couldn’t edit either question.

My coworkers are experiencing the same problem. We’ve tested it in different browsers and on different machines, but no luck.

Is anyone else running into this? Could this be a temporary bug, and is there a known workaround?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @gcarl34

Thanks for sharing the video. Could you open the browser's developer tools and share any errors? Additionally, did you try using the browser incognito mode to avoid conflicts with any browser extensions?

Are you using ArcGIS Online or Enterprise?

Thanks,

Jody

Hi @gcarl34 ,

What is the question type you are adding? Can you share the workflow in more detail?

Thanks!

I have added a "single line text" question type and the question's label does not change when I type in the text box. The same thing happens for the "single select" question type also; the label doesn't change but the choices do. Previously, it was not letting me return to the first question but thankfully it did this time.

The question titles are editable for me after publishing it, could go back and edit it.  I could also edit the other parts as well including the choice list selected ,  are able to use batch-edit option on the left top of the choice list or delete the choice if interested in, add another one to replace it, order it etc.

We got it to eventually work in incognito mode. There were no new extensions, but I am assuming a cleared cache is what was needed.
