Good afternoon,

I have a few surveys that have been online for 2+ years and I have not made any changes to them in the last couple months. One has a parent layer with no geometry and a repeat layer with point features.  The other has poit features for both the parent and child layer.

Some time between 2pm PST yesterday and 6am this morning, the maps that render all repeat records stopped working (other maps for individual records still render fine).

Templates:

Work Extents

${general_notes.location_general | size:600:550:0:0 | drawingInfo:"currentLayer"}

Action Items(${count_actionitems}x) Summary Map

${photomap.geopoint | size:600:700:0:0 | drawingInfo:"currentLayer"| mapSettings:" [deleted]"}

EDIT: Photos didn't load for some reason.  See below for pictures of the output report.  Just to reiterate, these are not new forms/report templates and  these templates have been working for years via a power automate flow.

The pictures didn't come through for some reason.  See below.

Export 2

This is what they should look like:

I just sent in a test submission and it appears to be working again. I'll let you know if I see any hiccups from users. Thanks!

Hi Derrick! We're facing the same or a similar problem... A form we use for editing has lost the relationship between the repeat loops and the source layer... Now, if you check the service or create a new form, it works normally.
