Hi @EOCSupport , Could you try replace the decimal-time function with decimal-date-time function as decimal-time is not working well on the web app, i.e.: if(round((decimal-date-time(${time_out}) - decimal-date-time(${time_in})) * 24-.5,2)<4,round((decimal-date-time(${time_out}) - decimal-date-time(${time_in})) * 24,2),round((decimal-date-time(${time_out}) - decimal-date-time(${time_in})) * 24-.5,2)) Thanks, Jody Zheng Liu

Hi @christinesmith602 , When was the survey published? If it was published before March 9, you need to republish it to make the choices UI working. Also, could you please confirm that in the Settings - Services - Survey123 REST API URL in Connect, it is using https://survey123.arcgis.com/api ? Thanks, Jody Zheng Liu

Hi @KelliW , Are you in the same time zone as the submitter of data? The report will use the printer's time zone and UTC offset to interpret the UNIX time submitted.
