If you need to make edits to your related table... Hi Alix, my table is not strictly related to feature layer. There is no stable relationship class between feature class and my table. As I wrote, my table is a hosted stand alone table. But yes, I have a key field in common with which I created a Joined feature layer hosted view (Join Features—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation + option "Choose the fields to match"). So, if I'm not mistaken, what you recommend is precisely related to a related table...isn't it? Cheers Stefano

My goal is to create a dynamic map, based on a feature layer joined with a hosted standalone table. But how to modify/update this table, without using ArcGIS Pro? With a web app with smart editor? It doesn't seems to work... Any idea? I can't figure out how to achieve my goal. Update. For clarity, my table is not strictly related to feature layer. which is better ArcGispro or Arcmap? ArcGIS Pro, because you can Overwrite a web feature layer—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation without any problem. Regards Stefano

Hi Oussama Merhi‌, just make this step: download data in a FGDB format insert your table and create a relationship based on GlobalID of your feature class overwrite your feature layer hosted with this new dataset Cheers Stefano

Hi all, my goal is to aggregate several question in one column, with a comma as separator. So I insert a Repeat section in my survey. But I don't want any related table in my structure. So I insert null as parameter in bind::esri:fieldType column, as you can see below. type name calculation bind::esri:fieldType begin repeat RepeatSection Repeat null text MyQuestion My Question end repeat text QuestionJoin join(",",${MyQuestion}) Unfortunately the table is present in the structure. Is this an expected behavior? Thank you Stefano

if you apply the table-list appearance to a group on a survey set for pages, it will be rendered as a page. This is a software defect. In other words: the table-list appearance does not work when working with pages. This issue is logged as ENH-000126229 Table-list appearance not working when style is set to pages and using field-list this is tentatively scheduled for the 3.8 release 3.10 release is out, but issue is still with us. Hi Sam, I can recommend exporting data in GDB format and then using Join Field in ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap to have desired field in second group. Cheers Stefano

What you can do is contact the Tech support and have them create a new salesforce issue and emphasize the ORDER of the geometry field for this issue. If they reject, please provide them my name and have them contact me if they have question to log a new salesforce issue for you. Once the new issue is created, I will link to the existing internal issue so that we can track the priority of this issue At this point, I spent a bit more time than I wanted to report the issue. We do have an internal issue logged here, however, the priority is low at this point. It is enough for me to have reported the problem. Thanks for your support. Cheers Stefano

Update from Official Support from Esri Motivation: This is by design - the user has explicitly declared that they do not want geometry stored with the survey. What??? It's not by design...because geopoint question it's not main geometry! I'm afraid official support doesn't have very clear ideas about how Survey123 works. Do I understand correctly that I should download the File GDBs of the 2 feature services before I can append them with ArcGIS Pro? Yeah, but not necessarily. ArcGIS Pro support most of geoprocessing tools also on feature layer hosted. So you could append one layer on the other without download in your PC. But surely in this way the operation would be faster and safer. The idea is to continue using one merged survey123 for continuous collection of data... I hope that is possible! Yes, it's certainly possible collect data with different Survey123 design, but with almost the same purpose. Cheers Stefano
