Only create a record in the repeat when the ADD or PLUS button is pushed. So dont start the repeat with an empty record until the user elects to create a repeat record by clicking on the ADD or PLUS button. Hi, I create a new survey with advanced form and insert two geometry line - main geometry point - secondary geometry Point is only used to take position from GPS and use reverse geocoding with pulldata function for insert information in text field. And for this question esri:filedType is set to null So in preview panel you can see that Survey123 will create a Polyline feature layer as you expect. But...because there is always a but...in my complex scenario, the geopoint question comes first. Well, whe you invert position... ...you no longer have a feature layer but a table. It's a known bug. This is what Esri Support tell me about this problem: #BUG-000111603 In ModelBuilder, the Append tool setting for the 'Use the Field Map to reconcile schema differences' option does not preserve the field mapping selected Cheers Stefano

Something wrong when I select manually match field for an output field. I select a source for a field, e.g. DIA. Then I click OK to save as usual...nothing special. Then I open Append block again to add another field, but previous insert was gone... I made also a video to prove it: ArcGIS Pro Append bug - YouTube ArcGIS Pro 2.4.1 Anyone has this issue?
