Hi @MichaelBruening, Thanks for the details. The issue is that the owner (or admin) of the data has special privileges that (at present) allow them to download all the fields, despite what the view defines as accessible/available fields. We suggest you only use the data download capability in dashboards when signed in with a different (non-owner, non-admin) account. This will ensure you get only the fields you expect. We are working to update this behavior for the next release (planned for March). We will also work to clarify this part of the documentation. When it said, "... including any fields that are not visualized." it is referring to the visualization (e.g., a list, chart, or table). So, although a list might not display/visualize every field, all of them (within the limits of the view layer) will be downloaded. Thanks, - Dave

Hi @Abdullah_AlFazari, Are you looking for unit prefixing? Here is a link to do it if using advanced formatting (via Arcade).

@AMoyers, thank you for reporting this. It was found to be working as designed: when using spatial filters based on a polygon, the CSV will include features intersecting the envelope (i.e., rectangle around it). We plan to work toward improving this in the future. If exact results are required, as a workaround we suggest using attribute-based filtering. Having common identifier fields across layers will allow you to set this up. All the best, Dave

Hi @AMoyers, Sorry to hear about this problem. We are looking into it. If you are able to share them, it would be helpful to have access to the dashboard and/or layer(s). You could do that here or by logging the bug with Esri Support (which would also help us track it better and get additional details that may be necessary). If the data cannot be shared, Support can work to replicate the issue with other data and get it sent to the right team. Thanks, Dave

Hi Heath, Field formats in the Details element inherit from the pop-up's field format specified. In the Map Viewer, configure the pop-up and then click Configure Attributes as outlined here (step 5). You can choose to show only the year, month, day (without time). All the best. Dave

Hi Tim, Thanks for your post. Could you provide more info on your data model? It would help in assessing this request. Based on the charts you included, I'm wondering if your data might be in the following format. State Date Value_SourceA Value_SourceB California 1-Apr 50 45 California 2-Apr 60 54 California 3-Apr 70 63 California 4-Apr 80 72 Nevada 1-Apr 35 31 Nevada 2-Apr 42 37 Nevada 3-Apr 49 44 Nevada 4-Apr 56 50 If so, it might work to restructure your data. In the following format, we can leverage the "Split By" capability in the "Categories from Grouped Values" configuration. State Date Value Source California 1-Apr 50 A California 1-Apr 45 B California 2-Apr 60 A California 2-Apr 54 B California 3-Apr 70 A California 3-Apr 63 B California 4-Apr 80 A California 4-Apr 72 B Nevada 1-Apr 35 A Nevada 1-Apr 31 B Nevada 2-Apr 42 A Nevada 2-Apr 37 B Nevada 3-Apr 49 A Nevada 3-Apr 44 B Nevada 4-Apr 56 A Nevada 4-Apr 50 B You would choose Categories from the Date field with a grouping period of Day. The statistic would be Sum on the Value field. Choose the Source field for the split by field. The chart would sum the values for each day (across all states) and have two series (or how ever many unique values in the source field): A and B. When a state is selected in the list, it would apply a filter action to the chart and you'd see data for only the selected state.

Hi Jason, You can join your layer and your table to create a dynamically updating feature layer view layer. In this way, as each of the sources update, the view layer updates. You can perform the join using the Analysis tool in the Map Viewer. Follow the steps outlined in this doc, making sure to check the box at the end to create a feature layer view. Create results as hosted feature layer view allows the data to stay up-to-date as the source data changes. Hosted feature layer views containing joins will be read-only and do not consume credits for analysis and storage. Creating results as a hosted feature layer view is only available for attribute joins. If statistics are included as part of the output, the hosted feature layer view will contain an extra table layer in the view with the statistics. Additionally when storing results as a hosted feature layer view Use current map extent is unavailable. This layer is the feature layer view in the video. As can be seen in the item details, it is a result of joining two other layers. I think you were able to figure out how to reference it in the HTML/CSS. Just don't forget the "#" if you are using hex colors. <p style="color:{my_color_field}">My Text</p> As for doing it via a related table, it might work in the pop-up but it is not supported in the List element at this time. In the future, we will be providing a way for you to do conditional formatting right in the List via an Arcade expression. All the best

Hi Nicole, The previous value concept is based on refreshing data, what the statistic was before its current value while the dashboard is open. As you noted in the linked issue, using a filter to return the correct date range of your data is often a more effective way to utilize the Reference concept. Dave

Hi Ben, To achieve this, Sort By a date field (e.g., last edited) in descending order. Then, set Maximum Features Displayed to 1. It will only display the newest feature. See this blog post for more info.

Hi Muhammad, It looks like the colors per category/slice are not defined in your screenshot. Try pressing "Load Categories" to auto-generate colors. If this doesn't work (e.g., if you have too many categories in your data) or you'd like to add just the categories shown, click the "+ Category" button and enter the string values of each category you'd like to define a color for.

Hi Muhammad, That sounds strange. For the Reference statistic, is the layer a map service by chance? There are some limitations on nested map service layers when it comes to actions (unless you add the sublayer directly to your map). If this is not the case, I suggest you reach out to support for help and/or to log the bug. All the best
