Very odd, from the first screen-shot below we can see the community user does indeed have the privilege to share to the public. The second screen-shot shows Hub allowing a user to share a content item to the public. Screenshot 1: Screenshot 2: Yet when viewing the item in the community org you can see it isn't shared and the user lacks the ability to share it publicly (see your screenshot). I then created a unique item in ArcGIS Online as a community user and repeated the above steps...user returns with correct sharing priv, but is unable to share items to the public. My last thought is if the global setting to allow users to share content publicly is disabled for the org. Can you check the following as the community org admin... 1. Go to "Organization" 2. Select "Security" in the side navigation 3. In "Access and permissions" go to the "Sharing and searching" section 4. Ensure "Members can share content publicly" is turned on Let me know what you see.

This is not a configureable option at the moment, but I've added it to our backlog for consideration.

Alex Santos enabling that setting for role assigned to community users in the community org should enable them to share content with the public. Is there a specific place within Hub that isn't allowing them to share to the public?

Hi Aleksandra Zietara -- can you email me at brollison@esri.com so we can take a closer look at what might be going on. If you could share the site and dataset(s) URL with me in that email that'll allow us to get a head-start (if the item's are public).

From your screenshots it appears that layer has many features, to increase page load performance we typically require the user to zoom in before individual layers render. Have you zoomed in to a city-level and no features continue to render? Can you share the public URL to those dataset items?

Hi Amanda Huber thanks for tagging us. We have a fix coming out for the missing side panel shortly. For row background images, if the background is set to transparent the image transparency doesn't affect the image. I can see how that is confusing and we can update that experience to make it more clear. I'll get a bug in to address the banner card background image issue. Thanks again!

Evan Rubin that isn't something we have integrated in the Gallery Card today, but something we'll consider going forward. Thanks for the suggestion.

Adam Shutz our iframes are pretty vanilla, essentially just displaying content on the other side of the URL. We'll consider more customization configurations in the iframe card in the future. You are correct, I cannot view a non-public site/page. Feel free to send me your implementation directly and we can see what might be going on. brollison@esri.com

Hi Adam Shutz -- we don't have control over an embedded players controls when iframed into a site/page. Just a heads up as well, there seems to be a large difference in how that video's player renders across browsers with no full-screen option in Firefox and the inability to play the video in Safari (even when going directly to the iframe's source).

Hi -- you can turn off the global navigation bar (i.e. navigation panel, search bar, new button if signed in, and sign-in button) can be turned off by doing the following steps... 1. Go to the site editor for the site in question 2. In the customize side panel, select "Settings" 3. Select "Capabilities" 4. Select to turn off "Global Navigation" 5. Save the site We typically recommend not doing this as it will remove the ability to directly sign-in to Hub from a site and it's pages.

Leif Johnson this is a great question and something we've though about a lot in different ways. It'll likely be something built into the product sometime next year; however, in the meantime there are plenty of free QR tools available wherein you can simply set the destination URL.
