Hi Anneka France -- quite timely with this. We've fielded a few requests to make this configureable or at least provide a better default image, such as the site's thumbnail. I'll make a note on the issue so the team updates this question when changes are made.

Hi Neil Millward - make sure you don't have a search query or filter selected that may be restricting what is available to you for selection. If you are still experiencing an issue, then please email me at brollison@esri.com to troubleshoot what might be going on.

Anneka France I don't see a support enhancement request for this type of sign-up QA/QC process for ArcGIS Hub, feel free to log one so it can be triaged. You are of course welcome to set up an idea and get additional thoughts/considerations from the GeoNet community. I've already sent your comment directly to the ArcGIS Hub product manager to be used as an example workflow for those ongoing "sign-up of new members" discussions. I have a feeling we'll be chatting with you directly around this workflow in the near future to get additional details.

Hi Anneka France great question and implementation on your part. Unfortunately, this isn't functionality that ArcGIS Hub supports out-of-the-box just yet, but is something under discussion for sign-up of new members. Bulk adding approved survey respondents to the community organization and then to target initiative groups is likely the best course of action today. While you can define certain groups to be "New Member Defaults", they are limited to those in the same organization as the user which is not where initiative groups are currently managed. If you'd like to ensure users cannot sign-up to your community organization easily consider the following... 1. Lowering the visibility of followers groups in an initiative's "Community" tab if they will be displayed on public sites 2. Remove system supplied follow buttons in a site's "Settings" by disabling the "Follow Tab" 3. Turning off global navigation on publicly-facing sites to remove the sign-in button (users can create an account using this), but understand that will limit your ability to sign-in directly on that site

Hello Everyone, Apologies, this reminder fell through on me. I’m happy to report we’ve added a lot of enhancements to the Gallery Card over 2019 and early 2020. You’ll find the Gallery Card now has two display modes…Dynamic and Manual. Dynamic is what you are used to, and Manual allows you to individually select content to display. In either mode a dedicated option to select “Dashboards” is provided! Enjoy, Brian

Hi Brent – the HTML/CSS editors will not allow you to apply code with errors. This is done to prevent past issues wherein custom HTML/CSS have corrupted the ability to view customer sites. If you feel the editor is erroneously throwing an error, then feel free to reach out to me directly with the code snippet at brollison@esri.com

Hi Kyle Oberg -- try using the social media layout card, you should be able to just copy/paste the URL of any facebook or twitter feed into the cards' editor. From there equally spacing via the left/right arrows should be easier (keep in mind they will stack on mobile devices).

Hi Dario Peña Mena please use the Survey Card to embed Survey123 applications in Hub. Other embed methods do work; however, the Survey Card allows you to configure the styling of the embed, such as the sign-in bar being displayed or not. Simply drag a Survey Card on screen, select the survey you'd like to embed, and ensure the cards is set to "Embed" mode. From there you'll have options to configure your embed visual further.

Hi Melissa Brooks this is a great place for feedback, a few customers also use the ideas section to suggest enhancements. We currently have scroll wheel zoom disabled for maps across Hub as many are embedded on scrollable pages. We've observed many users unable to scroll past the map as they get stuck in a perpetual zoom in/out effect; however, this is mainly an issue for Hub sites + pages and not necessarily for the dataset page itself. I can see about enabling this functionality for the dataset page in the near future. We also have a consideration to resolve the issue for Hub sites/pages on the backlog. I'll check back here when we investigate the change for the Dataset Page.
