I am adding a gallery card to a site in our Enterprise Portal. When I try to manually add items to the gallery there are no items for me to select and add to the gallery. I have many apps and maps in my groups in the Portal. If I select yo Dynamically add the items it finds the maps and apps. I would like to be able to pick and choose what will be displayed in the gallery. That is why I would like to be able to manually select them. I have apps that are shared with the organization, groups and public but none of them show up when manually adding the items.

I am creating a site within our Enterprise Portal. I am trying to add a web map to the site from the layout options. When I view the site the web map does not display. All I get is a gray box where the map should be. The map is shared to our organization and it works when previewed. This is what I see. Thanks

I am trying to reset a password in our ArcGIS Online organization. I get to the point of confirming the new password but after selecting confirm I receive a message that the session has timed out and that I should try again later. I have tried this several times with the same result. The time from opening ArcGIS Online and the point where I get the error is less that a 5-10 minute time span.

Yes that is the case. This is a collector app for our sewer field inspection crew. They just need to be able to see which manholes they have or have not inspected. So I guess there could be more than one inspection on a manhole but it may have "yes" in the inspected field multiple times if they have inspected it more than once. Sounds like I might have to place this field in the feature table instead of the related table.

The related table is 1:M relationship that I would like to symbolize by a field called "Inspected". This is just a text field that only contains yes or no text. This are the properties. I just want to be able to show the inspected manholes in green and the others on red but in the symbology tab if I choose to symbolize by category I do not have access to the fields in the related table. I have a sewer manhole feature that is related to a manhole inspections table. I would like to symbolize the feature using a field in the related table. I cannot see of a way to go this in the symbology tab of the feature properties dialogue box.

I am trying to create a tax parcel by abandoning a potion of public right-of-way. I was able to find information on dedicating a public right-of-way but I am not sure of how to abandon a public right-of-way. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jeff, Yes that makes sense. Our parcel layer was digitized 20+ years ago from 100 scale mylar basemaps so the accuracy is not too good. Before I converted our data to the parcel fabric I would georeference a map or plat and digitze the new lot boundary or split lots using the tools on the editor toolbar. This was quick and easy to do and was still accurate enough taking into account how the layer was originally created and how we are using it. I was hoping that there would still be an option with the parcel editor tools to still be able to edit the parcels in this way when accurate bearing and distances were not available or needed.

I am trying to digitize a curve from a tax map that spits a tax parcel in my parcel fabric. I do not have any curve data for the curve and I have georeferenced the map to the tax parcel layer. I understand how to split the parcel when I can input cogo information for the courses but I cannot find a way to digitize an arc like I can do using the editor toolbar using the Parcel Editor tools for the parcel fabric. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution.

When I view the photo attachment in a web map or web app, some photos are sideways or upside down and need to be rotated 90 or 180 degrees. Is there a way to do this within collector? If I knew where the photo was stored I could use a photo editing software to rotate the photos.

We are trying to implement the Citizen Service Request App as part of the Local Government Model. When the app is run, the screen with the basemap appears with the splash screen and the load indicator. The problem is that it never completes the loading of the service request layer. I do not get any error messages it just continues like it is loading but it never does. http://gis.cityoforange.org/CitizenServiceRequest/default.htm Any help would be appreciated. Neil
