All of my application widgets across my Hub sites are broken, is anyone else having this issue? It seems to affect both Instant Apps and Dashboards. Accessing these apps outside of the Hub Site works just fine.

Interesting! I checked based on your post and did confirm that the dashboards are showing up if you're not logged in AND they're publicly shared. But any items that can't be publicly shared and require login to see are not working. Something to do with the user and/or sharing then?
In my case if I am logged in, I CANNOT see publicly shared dashboards or instant apps from a gallery, or any gallery items (instant apps and dashboards) shared only with groups I am a member of (I am the administrator). I CAN see publicly shared scenes, story maps and documents.
If I am NOT logged in, I CAN see everything that's publicly shared including dashboards and instant apps.
All of this was working fine last week and I haven't changed anything on my end.
We are investigating the issue further and why it has resumed, we've updated our status page to reflect this issue: https://hubstatus.arcgis.com/.
Issue is resolved in production, impact seemed to be centered on currently authenticated ArcGIS users viewing some ArcGIS applications embedded within site/page layouts. Thank you for reporting the issue!
