I don't think AI will replace what CityEngine can do anytime soon. I also don't have first hand knowledge as to what Esri is doing from an AI standpoint as it pertains to CE. That said I did let some of the team know that I am working on a "ChatCGA" that we hope to bring to the marketplace later this year.

Your attribute title "hauteur" needs to match (case-sensitive) to the object's attribute for this to happen automatically. Otherwise you need to simply "Connect to Attribute" and everything should work as intended.

A search/text box at the top of the attributes where a user can search and filter attributes. For instance I'm only interested in fixing my crosswalks but its at the bottom of my attributes. If I had "Crosswalks" typed into the bar it would filter out all of the other attributes in my rule an allow me to stay focused on what I am working on. Unreal has this capability.

Copy and pasting of shape attributes and segments and nodes parameters has been a great addition. It would be nice if I could create a shortcut key to speed up this workflow.

Thanks Thomas - please keep me posted as I have fallen in love with the Dark UI on my other machines. I've changed my Text font to Consolas and I have to say the coding looks so much better in Dark. Thank you

I'm experiencing a weird bug with the new UI...none of my icons are showing up. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, removing old versions, clearing folders, rebooting, reinstalling....nothing I do can get these to show up.

You'll want to make your Right "Sidewalk" wide enough to accommodate everything to the right of the road, including the Planting, Sidewalk, and Rail Line. And then you will need create a rule that divides that sidewalk accordingly, and creates the railway line.

Odd for sure...I do this all the time. Have you tried "Clean Up Shapes...." I would start there. There may be some stray vertices or a bounding box that is "aligning" but placing the geometry below the terrain.

This is a game engine question not CityEngine. You need to look at collisions for your static meshes inside the game engine and possibly delay the character spawn. What game engine are you using?

You could also modify your rule to create outlines...with an offset. It can get complicated but its doable.
