Hi Mark    To add to this   We are planning to add support for offline areas. This means that you can link an associated map area to a project. In ArcGIS Online map areas can be configured to update on a daily basis and this would pick up any new features added to the included layers. The user of the app would see updates in the app so that they could download the updates if they are online.   Thanks John ... View more

Hi Bryan I'm assuming that you are using the default basemap with no operational layers in it. If so, the data is cleared from the map once it is sent to the server. i.e. once sent it is no longer on the device. The data is either sent automatically at a fixed interval (if auto-send is enabled) or manually from the map. If the project is configured to use a web map that contains the same layers referenced project, then you will see the submitted data. If you wanted to clear this you would need to view the service items in ArcGIS online and delete the captured records. A better approach would be to apply a filter to the layer so that it only shows records for a certain date range. Thanks John ... View more

Hi Mark, - The 1.6.103 template has been shared (the previous version was 1.5.49).  - When you create an app from the template, the version number 1.0.1 is for your app.  - As long as you sign into the custom version of the mobile app with a user that has access to the projects created by the production version of the web designer, you will be able to access your projects. Hi Clint To investigate: Can you share the exact device model and operating system versions? What do you see when you are offline? Is it a series of grid cells? If so it could be that the GPS location of the device is outside of the extent of the TPK. This would cause the grey screen and missing location marker. Can you create a group and share the project and layer items with the following user: QCCreator? If so I can take a look and see if there is an issue with the project. If the project is trying to load a map on WIFI, then this would indicate that the project has an online map assigned. TPKs don't need WIFI to load. Hi Marc From 1.7 you will be able to create lists for project user inputs. This means the user of the app will be able to select from the options yes and no. This is possible in 1.6, but you will need to edit the project JSON in the designer's JSON editor. Hi - Can you share the model and operating system of the devices that are showing this behavior? It looks like the device is getting a network or WiFI location. If you are using Android, it should be possible to disable network locations in the device settings. Could you test this out and see if this addresses the issue? Thanks John ... View more
