Greetings, I am sure I have seen some guidance on this but cannot locate via search. We have a survey built in Connect. The survey has the geopoint question. Two fields in the survey are auto-populated from an entirely different feature using this workflow: Announcing a handy tool to generate Survey123 URLs - Esri Community When the button is selected it opens the associated S123 form and two of the survey fields (questions) are populated with data from the other feature. We want the geopoint to also grab the location of the same feature that auto-populates the other questions. Maybe a pulldata in the calc field?? Can some one please point us towards any guidance or provide some insight? Can submit a support case but was hoping that we can find the answer or close to answer in the community somewhere. Any takers??? 🙂

Thanks Chris! 100% what I was hoping for. I appreciate the link and totally understand this is not supported. Have a great day!

Sure Chris and thanks for the quick response! My goal would be to have the full functionality of a solution but configure it to the specifics of our need. I realize that I can take any of the solutions, remove/replace/reconfigure and have made that attempt a few times but it just does not work like I would prefer and the ROI for doing it this way is not really great. If there was a way to configure a solution that could be deployed multiple times but for the first round of development, start basically with a blank slate, similar to Experience Builder but with the capabilities that a solution can deliver. If this is something that would take a developer level access, I am fine with that, provided that there was potential support for configuring issues. Similar to Web AppBuilder for Developer, API, etc. Does any of this make sense?

Can someone point me to some guidance for generating a report in S123 that provides the selected feature and its related records for a specific time range? I can easily filter the data to show it in S123 table, can export the needed data out to Excel, and even generate a report that delivers the feature data plus related data but, even though the table is filtered it still returns all of the related data, not just the filtered results. I emailed Ismael but do not think he got the email. Thanks,

Greetings, I am looking for some assistance/guidance for creating a webhook that will email user(s) when something changes in a feature/related table. Specifically we have a Total Max Hours Allowed field in the feature. In the related table we track hours (Task Hours field) based on each event that occurs related to the feature. In the pop-up config for the feature (classic web map viewer) we set the related table Task Hours field to "sum". This allows the pop-up to display the current total hours vs. the max hours allowed. Our goal is to create a webhook that will notify the manager when staff are within 10 hours of reaching the max hour limit. I would prefer to have this achieved via Arcade, but Python or JSON will work, as long as there is some hand holding to get me started as I am a novice at all three languages. I borrow and alter code way more than writing from the start. Note: We are using Classic Web Map Viewer for this workflow as the related table functionality in the Web Map Viewer is not developed to the caliber of the Classic Web Map Viewer. Thanks in advance!!

Greetings! I have a S123 Connect form with a basemap from our org. It contains only one feature and that feature has been set to allow search of feature attributes in the settings page of the map. The map displays correctly in the survey form and the features are visible but cannot search the feature layer attributes as can be done in the actual online map. The only options are to use the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service. Is there a way to set this to find the feature layer in the online map? Ismael??? Any guidance??? The ID of the map is in the Connect Excel as noted in your guidance at the top of this blog.

Hey Gareth! Sad you have not had any response from Esri. As a supportive hand-holding we are experience this with at least one of our iPads using Field Maps. We have the same map set in different devices as offline. Both iPads have the image orientation locked in the iOS control panel. All camera settings are the same, OS is the same, and users are side by side collecting the same point. If you come across any resolution please be sure to share via this post as it is very sad for our staff to manually rotate the images in Pro or Online.

Greetings! In the Classic Map Viewer it is fairly easy to add buttons in the popup to link to a Survey123 form that is auto-populated with specifics from the feature layer. The popup view can also be easily configured to show specific fields and their attributes with a bolded title using a custom attribute display. If the Classic Viewer is use to build the custom attribute display it will migrate correctly to the New Viewer but I am unable to find how this workflow can occur within the New Viewer interface. Anyone have suggestions? Seems counter intuitive to build in the Classic if we are supposedly moving toward the New Viewer.

Hey Josh, I have been through the various posts above and a fairly deep dive into Esri documentation covering working with content in the workspace but failing epically to find why my script will not export results to the arcgis/home in Notebooks. The script I am using(before I modified it to represent details above) works great from Pro to download all of the AGOL folder feature layer contents to a folder on my desktop, zipping each feature layer individually, and naming them by the y_m_d when the script was run. It works great but I have to set reminders to do this for my systems on a scheduled basis. My goal it to use the Tasks tool in Notebooks to automate the process so I do not have to worry about it. Any rate, the script runs in Notebooks, but never places anything in the home folder. Here is the last part of the script; And any guidance would be appreciated!!!
