Good morning Doug! No SDE. We run just what is standard in AGOL. Can you expand on "just show the date vs it be a field"? What we hope to accomplish is having a S123 form where we have the SYSASSET_ID auto pop in the form from the selected feature in a Collector/FM app (of which we already have in operation) and then the date of the form submission replace a date in the same feature residing in the AGOL map accessed by the field app. What I am trying to avoid is having the field person select a different date in the feature from the AGOL map than the date that auto selects in the S123 form. Just trying to rule out some human error if possible. Right now they submit the form entry and then go into the referenced feature from the field app and manually change the date. Sometimes they remember and do it right, and a lot of the time, not so much. The hope would be to have identical information without having to get the ruler out and start smacking the back of hands. Any thoughts please share. Thanks!

Greetings! Can a field in a Survey 123 form auto-populate results back to a field in specific feature layer elsewhere in the AGOL? I know and do pull attributes from a feature layer to populate a field in the survey but would like the reverse to happen. One case would be that I have a hydrant feature with a field of "Date_Tested" and I would like the date from the Survey 123 submission to overwrite the entry in the hydrant feature. Is this a possibility?? Thanks in advance for your assistance/guidance!!!

Thank you Mehdi! I will give it a whirl. I looked through the arcgis.gis module and never discovered gis.admin.credits. Is there another resource I should be referencing?

Greetings! Very new to the API for Python and Python in general. I have had some success using Jupyter Notebooks to run some feature layer downloading and cloning of various items. I wish to be able to use the same environment to admin my AGOL and not have to use the GeoJobe Admin Tools Pro. My big need right now is help resetting AGOL user credits back to the allotted amount they had when they joined the organization; Creator 500, Field Worker 250. Our AGOL has renewed the credits based upon the users and types currently in the Org but it is up to me to change the credits back so they start fresh again this license year. Using the ArcGIS API for Python | ArcGIS for Developers has helped but it is cumbersome for the novice and I learn by experience as much or more than reading. Time is also constraint for many of my workflows and the GeoNet assistance I receive has helped my learning and time usage. Any rate, anyone have a code snippet I can incorporate in Jupyter to achieve the credit resetting of the users? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Peter! I was hoping that someone had created a list so I did not have to by doing as you stated. Maybe I will share when I get one built.

Hi George! A little slow on the response. Spent a great deal of time reviewing the link and several associated links but identified nothing that speaks specifically to the replica/SQLite and what significance it may have. Afraid to delete it but it sure crowds an already crowded Portal Pane.

Hey Joe! Same results if I try to edit a field attribute that has existing data. The data for this occurrence resides in and ESRI AGOL server as a feature service. The web map was added and opened in Pro. The features are part of the web map. The TOC>Feature>Design>Fields shows the domain but it is ghosted as it is now in the AGOL and not desktop FGDB. The same thing occurs when I open a new blank map and add the feature from the AGOL. Not really a big deal as long as the Attributes Pane opens and the data can be edited there. Still some form of a glitch that should not happen.

Anybody out there able to enlighten me why this appears in Pro Catalog Pane/Portal now? And what is the significance of it? Right click just allows delete. I see it is a replica/SQLite but how does this help me?

Esri has nice documentation on the various user types, roles, and privileges including a few well defined tables. I was wondering if there is a table out there or one that someone has created that uses the identical information found in the custom role configuring interface but has check marks for the ones that are considered part of the default role. I have read through this guidance; User types, roles, and privileges—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation Of which does help but it would great if there was something to make it easier to decide whether it is best to create a custom role or just move the user to a different default role or user type. If it is only a toggle or two and not really detrimental to the organization, I would just move them up instead of creating a custom roles for no reason. Thanks in advance!!
