So it sounds like you're sharing your web maps through screenshots, rather than just sharing the URL for them to click on? If so, why?

It's likely that there is a layer within the map that isn't shared with Everyone. Can you confirm if that is the case?

It seems to me like it's just an issue of how many licenses you've purchased for your organization...does it say that you have any remaining? You can check this under the Licenses > User Types tab of the "Organization" section in ArcGIS Online (assuming you're an administrator)

You said that the link was "really long and not suitable for sharing", which I can understand when putting a long URL in an e-mail body or something. Copying and pasting the shorter URL definitely looks "nicer". However, I'm not sure why it's an issue that the full URL is displayed within the browser? Why is that a problem?

You will need to enable editing on the hosted feature layer, which can be done in the Settings tab of the feature layer's Item Details page. Note: In order for you to be able to implement edits in ArcGIS Online, your account needs to have editing privileges. (this is determined by user type and role)

The reason it's changing is exactly because of the reason you stated, because you're changing the extent. If you uncheck "Share current map extent", I believe the link should remain constant.

The workaround I used was adding the folder where the style file was stored to my favorites, and then whenever I need it all you have to do is right click on it and select "Add Style". If there is a more "permanent" way to do this I'd love to know as well! Using templates does not necessarily work for every situation.

I was actually just doing this myself yesterday! Yes, you can add images to the widget content through the HTML text editor (see screenshot) You can use the <img> tag to add the image to your widget content. If you're new to HTML, you can read more about it on W3 Schools website here. Here is an example of the format from a widget I configured: <img alt="Widget Icon" height="50" src="http://angler.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/2f6de3e17c60448380faa9c375e01905/data" width="50" /> To use your own screenshots, you will need to add them to your content or some other image hosting service to be able to get a URL. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the response, Michael! Merging the counties is not an option since we need the data to be dynamic, but I will look into the database views that you suggested. I appreciate the insight!

Thanks for posting a screenshot of the log! Unfortunately I have to admit that I don't know an exact answer to this issue, but it gives anyone else trying to help a much better lead to go on when troubleshooting. I did find these pages when researching that error message: ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 Sync Service: No path for delta data changes Error: {"code":400,"description","Unable to complete operation."} Failed to execute (Sync Feature Service Replica) Maybe those will help? Good luck!!

Which version of Collector are you using? New or Classic? If you're using the newer version of Collector, are you able to get a more detailed error message from the logs?

Hello, I am trying to find a way to create a dashboard display that will reflect data summarized from multiple input layers. I know this has been discussed before and is mentioned in this idea and this post, but I have not been able to find a solution for my particular situation. We have county parcel data and record information in various fields that we have added to the layer. Each county is a separate layer within and Enterprise gdb. We want to keep each county in a separate layer rather than merge all the counties for a state into one layer. However, we want to be able to have a single dashboard for a state that will display information for all counties within the state. (for example, a "Details" dashboard element showing the attribute information for any feature in the map, regardless of the layer it's in, as long as it satisfies a certain query). I'm not sure if there is something I could do with Query Layers or some other functionality within the SQL database that I'm just not understanding yet. If anyone has any thoughts, I'd love to hear. Thank you so much! Cheers, Katherine
