I don't know that that blog covers this particular use case - I think my issue is that I cannot send data to the form using the editor widget. Ideally, I'd like to be able to select an agency, and then create a program that auto-populates the related Agency GUID in the Programs table. Then I could select a Program, and add Services (attributes & Geometry) with it also auto-populating the related program GUID in the services layer. I think my issue is that I'm not sure that you can send data to the editor via a selection in Experience Builder. Does that make sense?

I saw that too but haven't had a lot of time to delve into it. Right now, when I'm trying to build the Smart Forms, the GUID fields are not available as a field to add to the form, so working out why that is the case.

I am building an Experience Builder on a self-hosted feature service with multiple related tables. We are building a directory, so there are multiple related tables and features. Agency table has Programs as children Programs have services as children Services are features with locations. I'm trying to set up an test editing Experience for the person who will be maintaining to try out the workflow. This has to be fairly simple and intuitive to go through for the user. I am debating between setting up two tabs (1. Edit existing data, 2. Create new data) versus allowing everything to be done on a single page. The answer to this will probably boot this into the two tab category. I have the agencies set up, and selecting an agency filters a Programs list below it. Selecting a program filters the services. When creating a new service, I want to know if using the Editor widget allows me to auto-populate a new service with the related Program GUID? I don't want to have to put instructions for the user to copy/paste the GUID from a previous step if I can avoid this by having it auto-populate. Really trying to avoid error opportunities here. I know I can do this with Survey123, but I am testing out the Editor widget first and would like to know if this is an option between two related tables or a related table and a feature service.

I recently did this with an experience that consumed several surveys for editing the data. I used AGO Assistant but what I found was I had to use Survey123 Connect to replace the feature class in the surveys, and I had to make sure that the service (published in portal) was added to AGOL as a secured service that stored credentials. Worked with ESRI Support, but they couldn't tell me what made the service secure that then had AGOL prompt for credentials to store.

I have had on-going portal issues since about a month ago involving a cert expiring that our IT dept missed. I'm not sure if the cert is related, as that is a possibility listed in https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000012369. I had a service become corrupted and have had multiple ESRI Support tickets trying to get things working. This service is published through Enterprise and then added as an item in AGOL. However, it is not letting me store credentials. The service was a feature service that was consumed in an AGOL experience builder and had several Survey123 forms built off of it. I had to republish the service and have been working on replacing the corrupted feature service with the new one. All of the forms built off of the old service had the new service inserted. They appear correctly but all are displaying the below error. I have tried looking at the submission_urls and trying to add the service to AGOL, but I'm still running into this token issue. I need to emphasis this all worked with the previous feature service (we could not overwrite it, that would have been too easy!). I'm struggling on what to do with this next. Any suggestions or experience with this sort of thing?

When I tested this, I was getting an empty empty list when I printed the map_names list. Are you sure it is populating? I would try building in some print statements to test your results.

Absolutely. This is why I have not let go of the classic StoryMaps yet. We have to customize various things like Google tags, URLs, colors, etc. and we prefer to self-host.

I have been using Experience Builder for more and more requests, and I often find myself having to create a concept before I am ready to fully invest all of the effort required to build an experience. It would be nice if there was a wireframe "toggle" that removes a lot of the graphic & customization options and can be used to demo the platform. It has already got the tools a lot of the wireframe SaaS's offer like Figma or could be modified that way. I just wondered if anyone else had ever wished or a wireframe or even a simplified demo mode that helps highlight the functionality without having to put in the full "experience!"

Absolutely a need for us. County government, using Survey123 to build forms on existing enterprise feature services. We are converting old databases into GIS, but still need the ability to create printouts for the public who cannot/will not use computers or do not have access to them, but still need the information from the databases. I see now that I can overwrite a report if I have it saved in my ArcGIS Online Content, but being able to have URL parameters would be lovely. I could then imbed that in a button in an experience builder. I have users who need certain administrative rights to certain applications we develop for them, but they do not want (& I don't want them) to export reports from Survey123. In my instance, we are moving an Access database of county human services into a geodatabase for creating a searchable experience builder application. But we still need the reports to be generated as needed by less technical users. Instead of having to have my staff do that or give licensing out to those who don't need it or don't want to pay for it, I could use a URL to generate the reports.

I did run this utility and it says it ran successfully. It did not, however, fix the error message we are getting with certain datastores now.

If your IT dept misses a cert and it expires on the Web Adaptor machine and they replace it, do you need to register it somewhere for it to fix things? I've got some datastore issues I'm wondering if its because of this expired cert. Just posted about it here.

I'm trying to figure out unfamiliar territory so sorry for the lack of correct terminology (I'm a non-network admin forced to do network stuff and I'm trying to work through the ESRI support documents without much luck). Our IT Dept has a script that tells them when certs are expiring, but somehow the GIS servers got missed. A cert expired on our web adaptor machine, which is in the DMZ. Now, a few of the datastores on our portal are no long accessible. I am getting the below error from my hosting server. Is this being caused by the web adapter machine's cert expiring? They have issued a new cert, but now I'm not sure what I am supposed to do with it. It's got the appropriate bindings to Port 443 from what the tell me. Do I need to register it with the ArcGIS Server, datastore, or portal? I'm confused because I didn't want to try and register the cert in the wrong place and screw things up. Enterprise 10.8.1, federated ArcGIS Server

Where is this calculation in the experience? If you are able to use Arcade, I saw this Geonet response that filtered by the field and I think you could do something similar. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-questions/arcade-totaling-field-values-of-features-contained/m-p/603540#M30196 alternatively, var fc = FeatureSetBYName($datastore, "layername", ["Is an issue flagged"], True);
var cnt = 0;
for (var yes in fc) {
if (yes.is an issue lagged == "yes") {
cnt += 1;
}
}
return cnt; I based the above off of a solution here: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/attribute-rule-arcade-filter-function-issue/td-p/206017

Is the Created Date a field or is it supposed to be the ReportDate? Did you use that csv to create a shapefile or feature class? If so, what does the field view for that shapefile/feature class look like? I guess I'm having trouble trying to figure out what your Created Date is and where it fits into this workflow.
